Looking good and consistent! How was your expansion going with your girth workouts? Are you seeing some nice temporary expansion? If so how much are you seeing?

Wearing the MoS sleeve during pumping I don’t get as much expansion as if I did without the sleeve. But I noticed with the full length sleeve I get fully extended pumping with virtually no red spots from max pressure pumping. So I have incorporated both with and without sleeve during pumps. First set no sleeve. 2-4 sleeve on. 5 sleeve off. ??‍♂️ just trying different things. I do like wearing the sleeve though. Feels more snug in the tube and tougher for nut sack to get sucked in

The magic thing here is, that by wearing the sleeves you are actually still getting the same great benefits before, but your not now seeing the fluid retention.

Using a sleeve acts like a tight protective layer around the penis, but the forces from high pressure still exert influence on the anatomy due to how it works internally, so what I'm saying, the outer penis is being protected from the pressure, while inside it gets the benefits of that high pressure.

I'd keep wearing the sleeve often, perhaps try slightly higher pressure while in the sleeve, or, go a little longer at the pressure your using now.
 
Good workout today. Real good pull in the extender today maxed out. Deff can feel the stretching and soreness. My glans seem to be showing signs of increasing. Not significant or anything just deff fuller than past. Looking meatier ???hehe

Maybe next time you pump afterwards get a loose measurement to see how much thicker you are after a workout in this one sure that you are gaining.

Now that I wear the sleeve while pumping I don’t see as much expansion as I did with no sleeve. But it is full length expansion with zero fluid retention. With a much longer flaccid hang after. I don’t really measure often. However just 4 weeks ago my dick was not completely filling up the tube, today at max pressure I’m snug against the sides of the tube. Also wife literally made me stop having sex this morning because it hurt. That was before today’s pump. It’s definitely growing. Just don’t want to get discouraged if it isnt measurable yet. I’ll measure and take pics at day 30 to establish the baseline. I will do a before pump and after tomorrow to see amount temp girth gains to make sure. But I’m positive I’m on the right track. I’m contemplating the silistretcher to add to my arsenal. I get frustrated with the extender at times. Thanks for your comments ?

Wonderful news!! the sleeve compreses the pressure internally, as I have commented on in past threads, so the negative pressure often seen on the outside, can't cause the fluid retention.

Your now getting 'quality' pressure, compressed internaly where it should be.

Measured again today after pump, 3/8” temp eg gains today ?? Hoping the 3 month mark, or sooner obv, I’ll be able to see some legitimate measurable gains. I should be receiving the silistretcher this week so looking forward to adding that. Hoping to be able to log some serious hours in it.

Hopefully with the addition of the silistretcher it will add boost to my routine and enlargement process. I have read many testimonials of .4-.6” gains in 3 months using the PF. Can’t imagine this new MoS tool will be any different. I’m still wondering where to incorporate it into my routine. I’m usually a morning shower guy which is why I pump mornings mostly. Some days my washed up over 30 rec leagues call for night showers which I try to get a little pump in. Should I wake up do manuals then extend for a bit into the silistretcher then pump evenings after cells have been stretched all day? Or should I stay with what I’m doing with morning pumps then put on silistretcher with the occasional night pump? Not sure if I can just give my extender the axe now that this silistretcher will be utilized? ? any advice appreciated. ?
 
Well, the ADS is meant to be worn as long as possible, so try doing that when you can. If you can do it when sleeping, go for it. I would recommend using after your pump sessions, so long as your not carrying much fluid retention.

The aim is to wear it very often throughout the day, and if you can, sleep with it on.

Get rid of the extender and just use the SiliStretcher. I would stick to the way you’re doing things right now and when you get your SiliStretcher we can work out the final details.

I just noticed in your routine that you’re doing bundles after you start. You should really do that before you start training because they’re meant to pre-stretch to Tunica to allow you to get better more effective work in. They should come before you do any girth or length workas you will see much better post routine results.

Bundled stretches should begin every workout as being the first exercise because they expand and pre-stretch the Tunica allowing you to make much better gains in length and girth. Doing them first is important.

Yo yo yo! Been a while. Life happens. Since my last post I have done pretty much zero pe work. Just have not had the time and energy to do it recently. Too much to deal with in personal life atm. I still frequently wear cockrings for many hours through the day and night however. Which has helped keep my flaccid penis pretty thick on a consistent basis. 3 or 4 days ago I put on the silistretcher with the hope to get back in routine. Fell asleep in it and the silisleeve and cap for about 3 hours after having it on already for 4 or so. Woke up with 2 blisters on the tip of my dick head. Not gunna lie I was a little scared at first. Was able to release the fluid from them and the skin has since healed pretty well almost completely now. I decided to wait a few more days to let heal completely and get my dick seasoned again to pe by Manuals and cockrings. Just trying to prepare the skin again for pressures of pumping and silistretcher. Thoughts?

First thought is welcome back to the brotherhood I’m glad you came back and are now looking to train. My thoughts on the skin issues are they will be resolved as long as you stay consistent with your PE and practice all of the safety precautions found an SRT. As far as a routine goes since you have the SiliStretcher I would go for the SRT routine using either DLD Reverse Pyramid Hanging or DLD Triangle Pyramid Hanging. Both of these routines are incredible and they are compliant completely with SRT.
