After a couple year hiatus from consistent pe I am back committed to new gains.

Little back story. 3 yrs ago I started my journey in pe. Started like most do with manuals, but quickly realized I need to supplement. I’m too cheap to throw $250 on a size genetics back then. So I bought a cheap knock off for $30 and went to work...

I started with

6.25” BPEL
4.5” EG

I was able to wear the size genetics for about 6 hrs a day roughly 5 days a week. Working in medical I was able to wear it under my scrubs quite easily. After about 2 week learning period I got to the point where I would only have to take off to recirculate the blood in my penis about 4 times during the 5-6 hours I’d wear it. On average. Some days were better than others.

About 3 months in I started to see gains with my wife starting to actually say it’s getting thicker and hurt her a bit sometimes. Secretly, the devil on my left shoulder was grinning at her pleasurable discomfort... that convo for a diff day though, haha!

With that I started to get excited that pe is real and it works. Which I always knew tbh, just needed to see it. Considering these tribes in Africa and shit stretch out their necks,heads,ears, lips, dicks... there had to be legit science behind it. Truth. I then made my first real purchase of a bathmate and added that to my routine.

Wake up. Manuals. Some days Maybe quick pump to wake up dick. Extender. Quick manuals. Pump in shower end of day. Wrap overnight with comfort fitting cockring.

Long story short I went

7” BPEL +.75”
5” EG +.5

Fast forward to now, my gains have remained permanent and looking to continue on my original goal I set for myself of a 8”x6” +

I have been consistently for weeks now pumping at least once a day. Most of time twice. Morning night. With wearing cockring and wrap all day. I sleep with cock ring on as well now and I wake up with the biggest engorged dick when I do. It’s marvelous. Sets up the morning routine as well as my dick is always warmed up ready. To be pumped ;) I just bought the mos penis sleeves instead of the uncle Jim wrap I was using with ace wrap. Game changer. But after only 1 week is already ripping. Next time I’ll buy multiple. I do use it a lot I guess. Today I also just made a new purchase for an extender so I’m about to do the damn thing again.

I voted yes on gaining! But it's best to enjoy the ride, it's not a Formula 1 race. ;)
Considering you have background in PE it's difficult to say if the 9 months is realistic; I've never been a big fan of setting certain time points for gaining, I take what I get. Could be that is partially reason for my slower gains but I treat PE as a enjoyable lifestyle choice. ;) And more often I cheer for the Brothers here, putting myself a bit in the background with gaining.

Looks like you're quite well set with tools and accessories. And I'm real glad you've already gained and that it has showed up during sexy times with the wife. :)

I'm not sure what a horse squeeze is, but if you're looking to pack on length quickly then you might want a bit more emphasis on stretching. The extender is a good idea, but many successful PE-ers have used that as a compliment to an intense manual or lengthmaster stretching routine during workouts.

How are you finding the bathmate? do you enjoy those workouts? I used to love using mine in the bath.

Yes I usually use them in the shower. Sometimes I’ll put it on and walk around the house naked for a while getting up and around in the morning. Sometimes I have discomfort with a too much too fast pump and it sucks up testicular region a bit. Same as putting on. Emphasis on pulling nutsack back while putting on. I have the first version of bathmate so I’m sure the newer ones have done something to address this. Like penomet and their gaters.

I'm not sure what a horse squeeze is, but if you're looking to pack on length quickly then you might want a bit more emphasis on stretching. With erect penis i grab the base with my hand in the upside down “ok” position with thumb and pointer finger. I then walk up my penis with my my remaining fingers to my pinkie holding for about 10-15 seconds per finger. Then after whole hand is on restricting blood to glans I use my other hand to grab the glans to push the blood out to the remaining space between both hands on my penis and hold for 10-20. My seconds are never exact my apologies. I kinda just roll with how my dick is feeling in the moment. Honestly my pe stretching techniques are a small collection of simple outward/downward/upward/side to side stretches, the jelq, and the horse squeeze version I do explained above. I don’t plan on buying any more tools to use unless it’s a new bathmate or penomet. My experience with the knock off extenders has proven successful so I’m just planning to supplement with that again. Just need to use correctly and you’ll be fine. Extender and pumping already will consume enough of my life.

No real complaints. Maybe as you toss and turn through the night it may slide down over the glans a tad but no real issue imo. I put them on hard and roll them down from just under the base of the glans as far as it can go. Doesn’t quite make it all the way to my base but seems to be working just fine ??

Day 4

My penis is healing red spots from over pumping last few days. So I only did what I call a “wake up pump” this am in the shower. Roughly it’s about 5mins x 2 at a medium pump. And a few simples stretches. Cock ring and MoS Sleeve is on for healing. Hopefully I’ll get the extender this week so I can start back on that.

Hey Rich, do you wear the MOS rings all day and night? A full 24hours?! Do you put it around your balls and shaft, or just the base of the shaft?

I wear the rings that are around balls and shaft. I have only found one brand that worked well for shaft only but of course I lost it. I like the around your nuts better though anyway. Just seems to not put as much pressure on but still enough to keep it engorged enough if that makes sense. Makes it easy to the control the pressure up or down as needed with Kegals. I do hundreds of kegals everyday throughout the day. I sometimes put both types on while putting on the sleeve so I can get maximum erection that I can keep hard and manipulate while I put the sleeve on. Sometimes takes me a min. But then I’ll take the cockring on my shaft off. All kinda things you gotta go by what works and feels best for you. Cheers ?

Sorry, to answer your question fully, I wear them most hours I guess I can say. Not completely 24 hrs. And sometimes it’ll just get sore and you’ll have to take it off. Just go by what your body allows. One thing though, wearing a ring and sleeve all day in public increases the bulge in your pants, and legit the amount of women’s eyes you see look at your crotch as you pass them down down the isle at target ;)(xd) good luck bud

Just an FYI that I found works 100% for me,
When I know I have had a really good girth workout and had potential for some bruising I finish with 75-90 erect jelqs for 5 minutes and bam, zero bruising/red spots.

That’s great news and an awesome sign of growth! Take a day or two off to recuperate and come back with a vengeance. This is a good guide to rest days:

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Now looking at your routine I see that you’re not doing bundled stretching before you work out. Bundled stretching is vital to gaining length and girth. The single most limiting factor in PE is the Tunica and I have found out if you pre-stretch the Tunica you make it much faster length and girth gains. So I suggest you get in 5 to 10 minutes of bundled stretches before you start your routine and watch how much faster you grow.
