Nothing new, like other members this is where I'm going to be posting daily log of all PE I did throughout the day, as well as monthly measurements and updates/changes I'll make over time. Started getting interested in PE late 2019 and bought a Bathmate, that was all I used for PE (no manuals) and I was very inconsistent. I gained about 0.2" girth and 0.1" length, so nothing notable. Come June 2020 I decided I'm going to take it more seriously and started doing manual stretches and bought a Phallosan.
Current routine is: Manual stretches in the morning (many variations including bundled), wearing Phallosan as an ADS throughout the day as much as possible, jelqing in the evening (still new to it and will eventually do SSJ more regularly) and of course using my pump. Also using cialis daily to aid in recovery and EQ.
Starting stats (2019): 6.3 x 5.3 BPE
June: 6.4 x 5.5
September: 6.7 x 5.6
Once I reach 7" I plan on upgrading my tools and getting LM and phallosan+, eventually a new pump as well. And will likely begin hanging.
