Progress thread Road to 8x6.25 Punisher: Accountability/Progress Thread

Nothing new, like other members this is where I'm going to be posting daily log of all PE I did throughout the day, as well as monthly measurements and updates/changes I'll make over time. Started getting interested in PE late 2019 and bought a Bathmate, that was all I used for PE (no manuals) and I was very inconsistent. I gained about 0.2" girth and 0.1" length, so nothing notable. Come June 2020 I decided I'm going to take it more seriously and started doing manual stretches and bought a Phallosan.

Current routine is: Manual stretches in the morning (many variations including bundled), wearing Phallosan as an ADS throughout the day as much as possible, jelqing in the evening (still new to it and will eventually do SSJ more regularly) and of course using my pump. Also using cialis daily to aid in recovery and EQ.

Starting stats (2019): 6.3 x 5.3 BPE
June: 6.4 x 5.5
September: 6.7 x 5.6

Once I reach 7" I plan on upgrading my tools and getting LM and phallosan+, eventually a new pump as well. And will likely begin hanging.

Yesterday 9/27/2020
Warmed up with light stretching, then went on to lots of bundled stretching, and then did 1 set of standard stretches in all directions including rotaries. My erection wasn't 100% that evening so I decided to only do a light bathmate session for 5 minutes. Did kegels in the afternoon at work.
 
I’m loving that you’re doing bundled stretching, the most powerful way to break down that tunica and bring on so much more growth

Today was great. In the morning I stretched for a long time, like 45 minutes. I included the mandingo stretch a couple times for ~15 seconds each. Wore the phallosan from 10am till 10pm on red mostly minus some bathroom breaks. At night i just did jelqing as i didnt have the pump on me, 2 second jelqs for idk maybe 400 total, veins popped out and had good expansion.

This morning I stretched hard as hell for about 35 minutes. Problem I had today was I kept getting hard while stretching so I also did some erect stretching directly outwards.

My erection would NOT go away so I decided to just jump in the bath and do a bathmate pumping session instead of at night. Lo and behold, I was able to pump myself to 7.3 inches (usually I cannot go past 7.1" without pain") which I've never done before, and it was real comfortable too, kept it in for 8 minutes. I figured I must have gotten bigger so later at night I measured out of curiosity and it does appear I'm up 0.1-0.15" bonepressed since last measurement. I'll officially take the measurement on Oct 1 tho.

Also wore the phallosan for 7 hours on red tension.

EQ is great, sex is on point, great sensitivity. My motivation is super high now as I'm confident what I'm doing is working, can't wait to progress more and get 7" soon. Cheers brothers.

Stretched in the morning, wore the phallosan for ~5 hours on red. Then at night I used the pump, EQ wasnt as great today but was still good, bit less expansion than last time. I did lots of kegels while studying
 
Congratulations on the growth! Keep yourself consistent and you will get to that goal. If you find yourself slowing down in growth come to me and let me know so We can change things

The last 4 days I was very limited in PE because of a hunting trip. I only did a little bit of manual stretches when I was alone and lots of kegels. Back at it tomorrow

10/07 - 10/10

These days were very similar. Did lots of manual stretching and wore my phallosan an average of 5 hours per day while studying, on red. I had issues after using bathmate too hard like I said in the other thread so I went very easy on that. I discovered how incredible sex is on high dose cialis and I've decided I'm gonna use it once per week for that incredible experience it gave me. Going hard and consistent for the rest of October, 7 inches is so close and I'm not slowing down yet. Cheers.

This morning I used chalk for the first time for manual stretches, and I'll tell you: CHALK IS A GAMECHANGER. Made me stretch much harder and it didn't slide or require a crazy grip. Stretched for 30ish minutes, wore phallosan for 7 hours, then at night I did 5x5x3 girth but I did normal jelqs mostly and only 1 minute ssj. I'm still not sure if I'm doing it 100% correct and wanna take it slowly for now, I did have very good expansion at the end and my EQ was still very good afterwards.
 
10/13-10/14

Stretched very hard ~30 min in the mornings using chalk, lots of bundled stretches and in all directions. As usual I started to get an erection lol, I couldn't help myself so I watched adult entertainment and out of curiosity I wanted to remeasure at the middle of October and when bonepressed it looks like I've passed the 6.8" mark easily, could've been 6.9" but I'll stay conservative on that.

I didn't have time to wear my phallosan today so I just recovered normally during the day.

At night I forgot my Vaseline at home so I didn't jelq (it's the only thing I like using). I did use the pump for 2 sets of 5 minutes, but my EQ wasn't optimal due to both masturbating a lot and having sex multiple times prior, so kept the pressure sub-maximal to let my penis recover a bit.
 
You can always do dry jelqing or even better the SSJ which requires no lubrication at all.

when your penis is in a state of refractory or fatigue there is no better time to stretch. The reason for this is your pelvic floor muscles are too tired to hold back the stretch.
 
Last two weeks have been so busy that I literally forgot this thread completely. I managed to stretch everyday tho and some girth workouts about every other day. I've been doing SSJs a lot more now and I think I've got th e hang of them. Monthly remeasure is soon I'm looking forward to that. Cheers

Yesterday I did my girth in the morning instead, I did 5x5x3 where I did SSJs and once my erection decreased I would bring it back up with normal jelqs. I ended up pumping myself to a personal record of 7.5 inches in length. I did my manual stretches late at night but I only wore the phallosan for 2 hours because I was around people all day and wasn't comfortable wearing it. I'm going to remeasure myself in a little bit and post that here.

Nov 1-Nov 10
I did manual stretches everyday, this time I'm focusing a lot more on bundled stretches that almost half my stretching is done bundled now, usually 360 degrees but sometimes I go another 180 if I can. I'm aiming at making 2 full rotations to really maximize the stretch on the tunica. Approximately 30 minutes per day consistently, I only missed one morning when I ended up doing it at night.

I got a bit lazy with using Phallosan from Nov 1 to Nov 6 but since then I've been using it 6-8 hours per day when I'm alone and studying or doing errands. Today I've had it on since 10 am and I'm planning on keeping it on at least 10 hours. The tension is on red as always but recently I've been placing the belt around my butt so it's lower than I used to wear it, this way it's clear that there is a much better stretch as my penis is basically 6.5-7 inches flaccid for 6+ hours everyday.

For girth I've been getting really good with slow squash jelqs and I'm incorporating them into every girth session with normal jelqs in between to get me back to 100% erection. On Nov 6 I actually pumped with the bathmate and my penis was stretched to slightly above 7.5 inches for several minutes while in the pump, it was exactly 19 cm if I remember correctly which is a record for me in the bathmate. Overall I'm taking girth workouts a lot more seriously since I've stalled for months in girth (even regressed a bit).

My goal is to get to 5.75" mid shaft erect girth by the end of the year. For length I'll be happy with 7" bone pressed erect but I aim for 7.25" even though it's unlikely.

I got infected with Covid recently so I'll be spending a lot of time at home which means 12+ hours of phallosan use and some serious PE workouts while getting paid leave from work (flex)(like)

Will do brother this time will be useful for gaining size. Luckily I'm still symptom-free and surprisingly I have a ton of energy and feeling great lol. Just eating healthy and taking walks getting sunlight and lots of sleep.

Stretched everyday and I've been rotating one and a half rotations for the bundled stretches, it's very intense. 2 days ago I got a very strong erection in the morning (like the ones that are 110% hard haha) and I wanted to measure my length because it looked very big tbh. It measured at exactly 7 inches bone pressed. That means I've so far gained about 3/4" since I started PE, as of mid-november.

My girth has been more consistent now as well. Lots of normal jelqs, SSJs, and pumping everyday. We'll see how girth improves, so far my only gains have been length since I've been doing PE as a daily routine.

Yes indeed it does my brother! This was one of the best things I found was we could check our future gains through a flaccid stretched bone pressed measurement. There will always be a gap but it will be relative to your growth. There is a way to close that distance and that’s doing erect stretches

I'll do erect stretches more often then, I usually get an erection when stretching in the morning but I try to let it go away before continuing lol. 7.25" erect by 2021.

Update Dec 11

I decided my main focus for this month and maybe next month will be length. So, I've been focusing a ton on stretching and using my phallosan for many hours, I've even modified how I use it when I'm in my room alone working on my computer or watching tv etc. Ive been attaching it to my backpack at the end of the bed and let it stretch like so

That is exactly the way to go. Follow the existing proven methods, earn those gains. Only once you deplete your natural potential then you can move onto other more novel approaches. Similar to bodybuilding.

Great decision about length. Attack length with all your tools, forget about girth for now. Because once you deplete length gains, girth becomes VERY easy. On the other hand, if you concentrate on girth, it could potentially hinder further length gains or diminish its potential.

Lastly, wax all that nasty hair bro LOL. I can tell you live in a cold state? down here in FL we wax absolutely everything.

Hahahaha yeah I live in a very cold state and I usually Nair when im with the girlfriend but she's with fam for the holidays

And yup I wanna get 7.5" BPEL before I shift focus more to girth
