Closing in on that 500 hour mark day by day and on the 22’nd of November I will have been extending for 3 months in total, almost can’t believe how the time has just passed so quickly.

Remember that most men fall into 5.5 Inch length at average (BPEL), and girth approximately 5 Inch (EG).
But according to my knowledge many men are even smaller then this. This is what a average man got.

Thank you again brother, seeing those average size numbers really puts things into perspective. It’s like «holy shit» I’m almost exactly 8 inches BPEL. Going to watch that video now.

Getting a visit from my parents next Tuesday for a couple of days though will still try to get some PE done, just gotta get up at 5 AM to do the newbie routine before wearing my extender a bit. Honestly, I don’t care if my parents or anyone else knows that I’m doing PE so will likely do my routine as usual, we’ll see when they get here.

I wish I could get to this point, but I'm to scared this will prevent me from work opportunities in the future. The videos I have posted are probably as far as I'm going as of now (it feels nerve-wrecking at times, but it's uploaded now = it will stay forever).
Showing my face may not be the wisest decision for me right now. If I'm going to speak in the videos I need to implement some high tech voice changer, so they can't clean it up and get my true voice.

Totally understand what you’re saying, it has taken me many years to come to the point where I just don’t care what people might think anymore.

It’s just yet another thing that I do, besides that I don’t like having any big secrets so I just keep it all out in the open. But I don’t tell other people’s secrets though, just my own stuff.

For example: My entire workplace highly likely believe I have a big penis now. I do not care.
I just said: The pants we have, are not made for men (I work in a female dominated workplace), and one woman there was translating this to: That I have a big penis. Just one day after that...some woman where staring at my bulge like crazy.

You know women have some kind of system to spread rumors in less then 1 day. Really fascinating! I don't know how they do it. Maybe a Facebook group. 🤔

But I do not care. 😂

I don’t believe in nor rely on motivation, motivation is fletting where you can feel «motivated» one second and the the next second your «motivation» is completely gone. Routines and discipline is the real essence and tools to actually get shit done.

The less we care what other people think of us the better though it’s a skill you’ve gotta practice and build stronger, day by day.

1 day and 3 months in with this whole extending thing now. Though measured a couple of days ago but no new gains thus far, stuck at 20cm BPEL for now but I still refuse to give up. Will get some consistency going with my Lengthmaster 3 and my pumping and doing the 5x5x3 and hopefully start gaining again soon.

Only about 20 hours until I’m finally at 500 hours, at some point I almost thought I would not get this far to be honest. Next week I’m at 500 hours in a little over 3 months time and then I’ve only got like 1500 hours left to go.😂😜😁

Thank you for that, but it seems I have some sort of kidney problems due to excessive creatine intake so I will cut my creatine intake drastically down and then draw some blood in a couple of months to see if it has gotten any better.

Not worried though since I feel fine and hopefully cutting out creatine monohydrate will work. Will still take pre-workout which contains about 3 grams of tricreatine malate 3 times a week. Before I used to get over 10-12 grams of creatine in me on a daily basis.

Creatine consumption will not destroy your kidneys. Creatine Monohydrate consumption is as safe as taking Whey-80 protein powder.
But if you have a continuously Creatine intake, before a blood test/screening (do a blood test) the values they are looking for to look at your kidneys health will indicate that there is a problem. This is known facts, but not many people know about this.

So Creatine Monohydrate will give you false value of what they are looking for, when they do a blood test to see the health of the kidneys. This doesn't mean there is necessary any problems with your kidney. Creatine Momohydrate will give the doctor false values of the blood test. The only way is to not consume Creatine Momohydrate in supplementation form some time before the blood test.

On top of that you are probably refering to your elevated serum creatinine levels. This is not caused by creatine intake. All lifters natty or enhanced have elevated serum creatinine levels due to mucle damage that occurs following the intracellular calcium overload after weight training that causes a breakdown of muscle tissue. Creatinine, AST/ALT liver enzymes, uric acid, and all these types of things are present in the muscle and when released after muscle breakdown can give a false indication of kidney damage.
I promise you brother that your test will be fine and you do not have to reduce creatine intake.

Thank you brother for saying this because I have read it somewhere before that creatine supplementation can give false values regarding kidney health. I’ve tried explaining this to the Doctors but they just won’t listen as they think they know absolutely everything.

I love taking my creatine but feel like I have to give it up now for a while, just to show these ignorant Doc’s that I’m just fine. And when they scanned my kidneys they found nothing wrong with them, no damage or nothing of that sort.

Baaahh, I’m tired of deadling with ignorant Doctors and have an appointement with my primary Doctor today and tell her this and that I won’t go back to the hospital again to deal with that know-it-all kidney specialist.

Thank you brother, I have tried telling this to these Doctors but they just won’t listen. Besides that I feel really good and have no signs of actual kidney damage.

I love taking my creatine and will tell my Doc today that there’s nothing to worry about and that I will keep on taking my creatine. It’s such a good workout supplement that I’m really not willing to give up.
