Hi can anyone tel me how to do it proper,im a member and have listen to the audio but cant do it when I try to it feels like I cant breath but seeing DLD doing it in some of the videos he can still talk as he dose it thanks for everones help.

yes it kind of feels like you can't breath. its like when your taking a p, your like "pushing" out. i find that i 'm holding my breathe when i do them and breath in new air when i can no longer hold it anymore.
