replacement foam ring

Hey guys,

I know it's only a matter of time before it breaks. I did a cursory search, but didn't come up with a similar thread. Sorry if this has already been addressed. Anybody here know an easy way to replace the foam ring?

Keep in mind not to put a lot of tension on the ring so it stays in a circular shape. Use friction of your skin along the belt to counteract the tension at the vacuum bell.
