Over the past year or 2 I lost like 2inches, I just turned 45 so idk if it from aging or what but want to regain what I lost , is it easier gaining lost length? I would think it would be like muscle memory, anyone have any experience with this? I’m looking to buy a pump but I want a good one, any insight would be appreciated

Let's pull back and evaluate what's going on. But first, welcome to you, brother, in coming to this community and searching for possible answers.

So, at the age of 45, you believe you've lost 2in of length in the past year or so? Can you tell us what happened? Weight gains? Meds? Bad habits? Etc? What normally gained don't normally get lost that fast. Yes, tissue atrophy has a 2% to 10% max over the course of 10 years. But a full 2in, that can be anywhere between 20% to 50% based on your old and current length. Mind provide us more info on what had happened?
