Reducing the circumcision scar

As I've done some Penis Enlargement work (jelqing, pumping), I've notice that my circ scar has gotten darker. This darkness is also uneven- more pronounced in certain areas than others.

I would really like to make my circumcision scar fade away. I'm currently using Mederma about 2-3x a day. It's not clear if it's had any effect, but I'm only 2 months into the treatment.

Should I follow the "Shedding the Snake" path offered up on Th*nd3rs? Did that help reduce the circ scar in other guys? Any other tips? Sorry if this question was posted before- I couldn't seem to find it elsewhere.

I was wondering the same thing ever since guys have been talking about bleaching creams and shedding methods for some time now (years) It would be good to hear if any of this has worked, with pics. It would be highly valuable as the best I can think of fitting this description is Michael Jackson.
