Reducing body fat percent.

Hi,

My body fat is unclear to me but i think its around 14% and i want to reduce it further.

I go to my leisure centre times a week spending an hour weight lifting, then 20 minutes of interval training and then i play an hour and a half of 5-a-side football (soccer) and i do ab workouts everyday.

I try to eat healthily for breakfast with bran etc and have 2 peanut butter sandwiches for lunch and then have carbonara or something for dinner but then after dinner i get hungry and snack on chocolate etc.

Can anyone suggest anything more i can do to reduce body fat percent?

Way too much carbs there. The only way you can lose body fat is to eat less. Skip the ab workouts, you cannot spot reduce. You need to add more fiber, fat, and protein. For lunch have a piece of meat and some salad with a bit of dressing. instead of sandwiches.

Cut out pasta and breads entirely and stop snacking on chocolate.

I have the same problem that I'm just hungry always. my friends tell me that I eat very much for someone who is lean like me, i mean my abs are showing but I'm like always hungry.
 
One thing I always say is create a bigger engine. Your body stores fat cause its a survival machine. Your body is designed for if somehow you were lost without food it would survive.

Fat is the last thing your body uses as fuel. So make shore you are giving your body a reason to not store calories as fat. Weight lifting,cardio,etc. If your body need more calories for energy sources it will be more likely to burn through calories.

Its is a myth that you can "burn fat". You just have to give your body a reason to stop feeding the food you already have and add on to it by making shore your burning calories so they dont store for that just in case moment that your body is designed for.

exactly what i was thinking...too much carbs, cut those out and up ur intake of healthy fats (peanuts, almonds, peanut butter, olive oil). Make sure your getting lean meats as your primary protein source. if you take protein shakes as meals, only replace at the max 2 meals with a protein shake (also take have some almonds/peanut butter with this). Try to keep most of you protein coming from real food.
