What is exactly clamp and how it works , is clamping basically blood retention can i use a tight silicone tube emulating clamping ?

Clamping works by trapping blood in the penis. Doing kegel while clamped will allow more blood enter the penis. It might be possible to emulate it with the use of tight silicone sleeve but the cable clamp is best.
i just finished my jelq session with the silicone on i think im going too far i didnt have intention in clamping im just using the tube to try spread the remains of my thrombosed vein i read on the internet that women uses some kind of compression socks to treat thrombosis in legs thats when the silicone sleeve thing came to my mind its fascinating you can clamp with a simple silicone sleeve :happy-4:
