Questions about PC exercises.

When I attempt what I thinks is a correct PC exercise I am also contracting my small intestine (asshole). Is this normal or should I be able to isolate the muscle without moving other muscles?
 
Just for clarity, the muscle that spasms when you orgasm is the same muscle you clench. It's normal to have other parts move, because you're learning how to isolate this muscle. Eventually, you will be able to clench it without moving the surrounding muscles without even giving it a thought.
 
It helps you to learn more about the way your body works when using the bathroom and having sex. By becoming more in tune with yourself, you become more calm and are able to hold off ejaculation for longer periods of time. When you get everything down to a T, you can even learn to become multi-orgasmic. I went from a 5 minute guy tops to over an hour of just pounding away. I don't have multiple orgasms but rather I'm just able to stay off my orgasm by flexing and relaxing my pc whenever the time comes and now it just happens without me knowing it. It really helps you get into enjoying sex rather than trying to just fuck real quick you know. Check the top of the forum list and there will be a thread about kegaling and its benefits. Plenty on google as well. You'll defenitely learn something new.
