question

i usually do girth in the morning, because i can wear my ADC afterwards

and i usually do length at night because i cant wear the clamp when im sleeping, so do forskin restoration while im sleeping


is there a difference if you do girth or length in the morning or at night?

if there is, what is the correct way of doing it

Soccer11, I would have to say it is a matter of personal choice more than anything else. I prefer to do girth in the am and stretches anytime throughout the day. If I wait until evening, things may come up and I miss the workout. Just works better for me to keep consistent.
