Question on penis pumping

Hi all,

Do you use any protection when doing penis pumping? I have SOMA Erect device and it gives me a little irritation at the base of my penis. Is it okay if I put a pice of silicone sleeve at the base of my penis to cover the area while I pump?
 
Go ahead and try a sleeve!
For me it will differ from session to session but many times I've worn a Silisleeve. In my case it helps a lot regarding length gains, as it's easy to get "trapped" in the insert of Hydromax/Bathmate.

Just make sure that the sleeve doesn't constrict too much. (y)

I think its down to personal taste, because you actually dont have to use anything covering the penis while you pump, but, when your newer, or perhaps going into higher pressure, maybe a newer routine and want to be safe, it can be a good idea.

Using a condom is also very effective, and if you have a silisleeve, try putting on the condom, then the sleeve over that for more snugness.

Also what pressure are you using? try just going with something in the region of 5-7Hcg its plenty enough, even I just use that nowadays.
 
SOMA Erect doesn't show the pressure level, but it has built in safety limiter so you can't over pump with it. I don't know why I start to get blisters in the base part with it but now that I have used sleeve over that part it looks like it prevents the blisters, hopefully.

@DLD I'm on of those people who doesn't experience any irritation when doing PE be it length exercises or pumping. I'm just wondering if there is any mityvac pump with a 2.75 diameter base. I need an MOS pump that has a base diameter of 2.75.
