Hey,
I do have a question to ask.
I've decided to take the advice given and will do the extending and hanging and the other 5x5x3 Program to do it.
So here's my P.E work out plan.
Day one for length, then day one, day one for girth. And on the weekend, I spend most of my time doing length work, i.e., extending for 5 hours with breaks in between for the weekend.
Long day.
Apply 10 minutes of heating to the penis
20mins of hanging
1 hour of extension
Girth
5x5x3 then 15 mins of semi-clamping
Right now, I'm a broke college student, so I don't really have the time to extend for 5 hours a day.
So after doing some research and questioning things. Will do extending and hanging early in the morning, and then do girth at night time before bed.
But of course, I could just get a all day stretcher and wear it for 5 hours then. I guess that's one way of doing it then.
Any let me know of any ideas or suggestions.
