Progress thread Question about girth training and length training.

Routine was today:

Jelqing 20 minutes.

Bathmate Hercules 10 minutes.

5x5x3 using Bathmate X40.

Extender Phallosan Plus 3x20 minutes.

Wrapping.

My Mushroom was seriously done after this. 🤣 Still is...

From that to my evening supplements:

Zinc 50mg

Magnesium Sitrate 300mg.

Aswagandha

Boron 6mg.

L-Citrulline 750mg.
Excellent work as usual. Looking forward to a measrement soon
 
Today simply recovery with mild jelqing in sauna. Good EQ. Tomorrow I will do full routine 5x5x3.

I ran about 7,7km. So, If I think about it, I could just trust the process and go for marathon condition. Simple process at this point, and its going to translate as Big improvement to sex. This is going to be enjoyable path.

IRL stuff got in the way of training today, and it sucks. Got this in for today:

Warmup with bad 10 minutes.

Bubdled Stretches 5 minutes for each side.

Bathmate Hercules 10 minutes.

Bathmate X40 10 minutes.

C-ring use after routine.

Question: I have started to feel this major stretching feeling coming from inside my penis. It feels like there is a net in my penis, and it is stretched. It is good feeling, not pain. It subsides after while inside bathmate. Does anyone know if this is good or bad? Something to do with tunica or cavernosa? 🤔

Edit. This stretching feels only outwards inside along the shaft.
 
Sleeve + C-ring = Simply works.

Bathmate Hercules 10 minutes for warmup. (Still getting huge expansion.)

5x5x3 using airpump (-15hg, but did time to time with slightly over so I got more of stretchy feeling and lowered back.)

Using C-ring after. After this my mushroom feels like its done. Because of Sleeve, there is no sir leaks, this just simply works. Only downside is, that in the beginning it feels bit hassle to put BM on, but you get used to it. And slightly more edema. But nah. It "wears" of fast, and usually comes at last minutes of training routine. 🍄

not exactly. nerve damage is pretty certain. i only wait to die. i felt so huge and alive till that day. its rough waking up knowing not only will you not get hard today, you wont even reach your normal flaccid size, nor feel much of anything except pain. good luck.
My friend got nerve damage, when he got vasectomy done. I hope from my heart that you get your problem solved. Could of been something already lurking under the tissue, but PE was just the "catalyst" to throw the problem over the edge. You should check everything about healing nerve damage from study journal databases. ❤️
 
oh it was a catylyst alright. only thing lurking was enough pressure to kill it . i could feel things just fine as it were. its been almost 1 1/2 yrs. ive checked all i can check. its pretty much over at this stage id say. i enjoy nothing at all
 
Ho ho. I see you are getting good blood flow from the pumping. The blood vessels are growing to get more blood supply in fast. The proof of your hard work.

This morning I tried something:

Warmdown with pad and wrapping.

Why I left extender use out? I simply couldn't fit in after BM and Slow Squash Jelgs. 😅🍄

Backing BM Hercules fully girthwise after 10 minutes.
 
Not sure how you ran for 11km and still have the strength to cause that squirtfest. I'll be doing shitfest with wobbly legs after the run. Well, 32km intense cycling and a 30 minutes squirtfest, that I can do. Although, my legs shake like a new fawn while pounding her.
 
Had really nice experience last night, even thou I was already euphoric after running. can you describe a normal jelq in a way i cant screw it up? im coming around somehow or someway. i refuse to let it die this way. somehow i screwed it up royally last time, and i just want to keep things flowing.
 
I do my jelqs at this point with higher erection levels (70%-90%)

Lower levels tend to help with bloodflow and Length gain, higher levels seem to effect more on girth and for erection quality. Atleast for me.

I perform my jelq with modest O-grip with fingers from base penis towards root of glans.

Sequence: Kegel to O-grip. O-grip is moving up the shaft towards glans. Your other hands fingers should be at this point at base of penis, ready to perform new jelq. Sequence is repeated, so start New repetition with Kegel.

For every rep, use 5 seconds to move from base along the shaft to root of glans. Never go over glans, because of glans has alot of nerves that get damaged.

I use only modest force on grip. If erection level gets low, just relax, inhale exhale, get it back up. When getting great erection level (over 90%) do ULI, "clamp" with your fingers to trap blood for while. Then proceed with jelqing.

I don't use repetition counting for jelqs, I use time. 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes.

Jelqing is not my main technique for gains and expansion, because of the risk involved.

I have one 20 minutes long video on my Onlyfans about jelqing.

I will do shorter video, and post it here at some point when I can.

More or less... Jelqing should be enjoyable.
 
yeah. the modest grip, and starting with the next hand after the first is where i destroyed something last time. prior to that move, i didnt have issues. so, how much is modest i guess... i never went over glans, yet i did expand it too much somehow i guess. its a work in progress now adjusting to feelings that arent the same anymore

If you have had too tight grip, I think that these two positions are the places that are possible places where you have damaged your nerve.

I use oil when doing jelqing, so my grip is like semi tight c-ring, and process is really enjoyble. If you are using grip as firm as doing ULI, it is dangerous, and causes damage.
 
i would agree with you. yet my glans still is tender and weird feeling and inflamed looking to this day. it always seemed to me, if it wasnt done with much force, it wouldnt even have any effect.

ULI is a technigue using youre hand as "clamp" or "c-ring" to make your erection Hard as rock as it traps blood inside your penis. If you do jelqing with this intensity, it causes damage.

It is possible, that the sensation you are having on your glans is just transfered from damage site to glans. For example: I have injury on my hip on SI-joint. The pain doesn't feel on SI-joint it self, but transfers to my leg on several different places, and buttocs. I need chiropractor time to time so I can be adjusted. I also do self adjusting, so pain is tolerable.

Have you tried viagra or cialis? Any effect if you have?
 
i personally dont beleive it is, due to the irritation and raw feeling of over use. viagra, etc, still effects me, yet not near like it used to previously. also, im trying to fix my issues. and that doesnt really do anything in that department. whatever i did, was too hard somehow. i have altered feelings i just cant quite normalize just yet.
 
We're not too far from each other my brother. Got to stay in shape. Round is good, but less round is better.
Body looks decent but muscles are less pronounced and i have lots of pains in my bones. Got to do something to change this. I look at JFK Jr. and if he could get in such good shape at his age maybe I can too.

Aging and fysiological / biological clock can be made to run backwards. Not a problem. Take down inflammation with plant based nutrition, and you lose 13 years from your biological age in short period of time and slow the aging process. Losing fat is not even a chore after it. Gregers books are long, but so is the science behind it... Life changing.

C-Ring 3 hours.

Got again the ultimate stretchy feely when putting BM on. Gonna post later about this.
 
I have had the most astounding expansion for whole day. The stretchy feely (thats what I call it.) seems to be the thing to strife for. Now I am wearing ADS, after using C-ring for my cock for about 3 hours or so.

5x5x3 is absolutely the Best exercise for Girth. I have done it now more, but its effectiveness is so "mushroom blowing" that I need to have atleast one milder day in between.

Yes the 5x5x3 is the best exercise for girth.

This seems to work like a charm for me. Not as explosive as straight 5x5x3 with airpump, but ssj changes everything. I notice much more bigger expansion after doing jelqs, and ssj after using X40. I took comfort pad of and using it with my "patented" sleeven. Expansion is so Big, that it almost fully packs X40. Got to 20cm Length inside aswell.

I will need to break my training a part a bit. So I will do Length portion at different time.
