Proper age to start PE'ing

Hey ! So i was just browsing through Yahoo Answers, and i saw one thread asking about Penis Enlargement'ing. Well not basically, but young kiddo ( 15yrs ) was asking if there is a way to to enlarge his penis. So i just thought about this...

What is actually a proper age to start with Penis Enlargement'ing ? What are the risks of Penis Enlargement'ing at young age, or benefits ?

I feel it’s more a maturity thing than an age thing. Physically I don't think there's an issue. You have to be mature enough to stay dedicated to it but not overdo it.

Maturity is everything in penis enlargement. Getting into it before you have matured properly could cause undue obsessions. I think it best to be in the height of puberty, maybe 17-18 years of age, would be smartest as by this age maturity in most has become strengthened.
