Pressure location, pulse movements and relaxation

Dear brothers,
I have been using the hydromax for 6 months and it Seems that you can direct the pressure to specific locations on the shaft. You can make pulse movements up and down(fast or slow)or focus on specific small areas or a circle and feel it expand. Anyone else…

The last couple of days It even looks like you can pressure it in the center(and then try to relax it and feel the tissue expand) and move slowly up and down….much much more difficult to pinpoint and more pressure needed it seems(i remove the rubber insert).
There are Some other things I noticed: when you pulse up and down the Shaft Some small areas are less ‘sensitive’ … you can compare it with with the feeling like a part( like a quater of the ring is clocked/ or where the energy/ tissue expansion is stopped)…focusing and relaxion of the area seems to ‘open’ it up(sometimes difficult).
I am 53 by the way and my eq improved a bit. I dont have eq problems, however with age I think it is normal to See the eq degrade a bit. I am looking to improve the girth…by pulling primairly on the outside, my guess is that major gains are more limited/difficult or slow…so now i try to focus more on the inside(atleast thats what i think 😁)…

When I pump under the shower I am really relaxed and focused…but is this a kind of mindf*ck….that you think you have a sort of control over the pressure location?
So…any thoughts or same experience…or am i just crazy?

Now, this is something unique. Why? Because the cylinder is a constant pressure from base to tip. Did you to able to focus the pressure on specific zone, unless you use sleeve segments and strap, do share how you achieve such a feat with just pumping using the unit alone.

Correct. When the tissues expand under pressure, and if you are using water, there are compression and expansion influences going on at the same time. The blood vessels get enlarged when pumping is done correctly. Too high of a pressure takes the benefit away because blood only goes one way rather than cycling constantly. However, the SSJ exercise compensate for high pressure pumping.

Hehehehe. Welcome to the aged category. DLD and I are up there ourselves. Girth is always a good thing to have during our older years as our ladies relaxed their kegel muscles. We have to compensate for the loss of tightness through our own sizeness.

You may have found a unique method to engage, or you are just unique to be able to do it. Mind sharing on how you are able to engage sectional focus of pressure pumping while under pressure?

I really need to be relaxed. With kids and other distractions, my pumping just isn't effective unless I'm completely calm. It’s also important for me to avoid any time pressure—my sessions usually take around 45–60 minutes under the shower, split into intervals of about 10–15 minutes each (usually three sets per session). Sometimes I notice small tears or blisters afterward, but they typically heal by the next day. I’m cautious about this: whenever I start feeling the skin stretching uncomfortably, I stop immediately.


I've discovered that my breathing is very important. I'm able to relax easily, but coordinating my breathing with the pumping is crucial. If my breathing falls out of sync with the pumping/expansion rhythm, I lose my connection and have to start over. Maintaining the breathing pattern while sustaining the vacuum is very challenging but essential (to keep the pressure and breathing).


I don’t use any additional equipment like sleeves. Instead, when I want to focus specifically on the shaft of the penis, I contract my pelvic muscles (similar to a Kegel), hold it, and then try to relax. This creates pressure buildup in the shaft. I always begin with a flaccid penis, focusing on keeping the pressure primarily at the base while breathing deeply and calmly.


Usually, it feels like the penis shrinks slightly at first—I allow that to happen naturally. After this initial shrinkage stops, I relax further and begin to feel expansion at the base. At some point, the pressure no longer seems sufficient to expand evenly around the base. Instead, I can mentally direct the expansion to specific sides (left and right, or up and down) or just upward. Increasing the pressure slightly restores an even expansion around the entire base. Once achieved, I slowly push this expansion forward, always breathing deeply and allowing the vacuum to gradually do its work.


The tip area is the hardest to expand; it's difficult to sense and develop expansion there, though I do notice it growing slightly during pumping—maybe it sounds strange, but that's my experience. Still, when focusing primarily at the base, I clearly feel the area around it expanding.


When removing the rubber ring at the second or third sessions and applying pressure, it sometimes feels as though it's pulling on my urethra, which is uncomfortable. Recently, I’ve been focusing more on relaxing that area—particularly the center—by breathing and consciously releasing tension (moving from base to the tip). I am still playing around with that...but if it possible to relax and expand the center of the penis...that could be a big thing. Because i think the expansions happens primairly on the outside.

So all in all..maybe i am crazy....but maybe you can test it....relax the breathing and make the stop peeing kegel....hold it and keep breathing untill you feel it expanding all around.

The small tears and blisters are very common signs of long pumping period, on top of hypoosmotic condition when your skin is exposed to water for too long. Happens to all of us. But wow, 10 to 15 minutes per set, up to 60 minutes of pure pumping time under water. That's intense.

Interesting. I'm envisioning mediation method to pair with pumping, while your body is under a full reverse kegel condition during the relaxation and breathing cycles. What amaze me is your capacity to keep everything in play while using the HydroMax series rather than the easier HydroXtreme series that comes with the hand pump. I'm truly curious to know what pressure negative you're constantly under. Based on the blister condition, I can say you're up around -7 or -8 inHg.

What's the holding time when you initiate the pelvic floor muscles?

This is practically borderline mental control over your penis to an absurd degree. You're entering a yoga master level.

At this point, I can see the edema start to build up from the long period of pumping. This is why most of the brothers here are using hte SSJ (Slow Squash Jelq) to reduce and migrate the fluid inside the skin to drain out of the penis.

So all in all..maybe i am crazy....but maybe you can test it....relax the breathing and make the stop peeing kegel....hold it and keep breathing untill you feel it expanding all around.

From what I can see, some of the brothers will take that challenge on. Looks like I'll be dusting off my HydroXtreme and test it out soon. I've done meditation type of pumping before, but to reach a level where you can direct expansion on segmentary pin point along your penis, that is one heck of a mastery level.
 
There is no better way to end fluid retention than the SSJ. I never had fluid build up ever since I invented the SSJ.
 
I am of those guys that reverse kegel the whole time and breath during pumping and it has showed many benefits to me instead of kegeling inside.

This is exactly why I created reverse kegels. Everyone should do them during all length exercises. with that in mind girth work the kegels in.

The thing is - at least for me - that kegeling inside the pump takes its toll to weaken the erection but if you as the master and guru of PE tell me that for girth work, I must kegel inside the vaccumm, i will do it.

You are not wrong, but you are also not fully right. Here's why.

When you perform "light" kegel inside the pump, you are introducing only small amount of blood to fill up the volume that is lacking during additional expansion under the vacuum pressure. Too strong of the kegel tends to add too much blood, causing extreme fatigues on the venous micro valves that responsible for the venous leak, causing impartial ED conditions. For those who are healthy in every condition, any stresses and fatiguea will be healed and strengthen. If you use light kegels in moderation according to your needs, you will benefit.

However, the other direction is also true. By doing reverse kegel, you are constantly poolinf blood at the pelvic region in priming any lack of oxygenated blood to rush into the penis, and also create a positive pressure pool to prevent blood from leaving the penis during pumping. This is a relevant case for those with ED.

So, we can't say your method failed and DLD method succeeded. The approach of kegel vs reverse kegel must be based on individual conditions.

I have always done this. Kegels while training girth and reverse kegels when stretching. This may not be for other brothers who may have issues. But if you do not kegel when pumping this does not mean that you skip kegels you should do them daily throughout the day. Kegels strengthen the whole penis and give you much harder erections.
