post up some techniques

i could put this up in the fitness threads, but any martial art (boxing, jujitsu, tae kwan do, kung fu, etc) are all about skill and knowing HOW/WHEN to use the techniques. this thread can also be about the spiritual aspects of the martial arts as well. all the philosophies behind it, the connection to mind and body..whatever you guys want to input. i would love to get to know the views of others and see people share their experiences.

here is a couple of threads on youtube that i found, i find them to be very interesting. they're from the show "human weapon", it's very cool to be exposed to and learn techniques, as well as find the physics of ones that you already know.

i just won my latest fight, 10-2-6ko and took a couple of those ideas, threw him off balance for just long enough for me to grab his leg and throw him down. his face was priceless. upon which it was just ground and pound. 1 minute in the second round, dude was out.
