I have been in the PE world for some time, I feel I may be a "hard gainer".
I have been using the bathmate for quite some time and only seen minimal gains if any, i really would like some help of what to do as a great routine.
My routine for 1 day:
2/10min= 20min Bathmate- 2/25 Slow Jelqs Between sets.
4-10hrs= Sizegenetics ext. + Ring for girth
I try to do this 6 times a week. My workouts are pretty intense, im just looking for some routine i can believe in and that i can see progress!
Starting: 7x5
Goal:9x6
