Please help! I feel stuck...Goal:9x6

I have been in the PE world for some time, I feel I may be a "hard gainer".
I have been using the bathmate for quite some time and only seen minimal gains if any, i really would like some help of what to do as a great routine.
My routine for 1 day:
2/10min= 20min Bathmate- 2/25 Slow Jelqs Between sets.
4-10hrs= Sizegenetics ext. + Ring for girth
I try to do this 6 times a week. My workouts are pretty intense, im just looking for some routine i can believe in and that i can see progress!

Starting: 7x5
Goal:9x6

it sounds like you have everything you need to do the SRT routine in full. Have a read through the first post in SRT and come back with any questions you may have. At that point I can help you put a routine together.
 
Ok thanks DLD i will check it out and report back! Hey could i ask you what was your starting measurements and ending goal? Its motivating to hear others gains!

@DLD hey boss so i think i have SRT understood mostly, few questions. How are the weeks scheduled on the SRT forum? I see we have what to do for week 1-2. But i dont see anything saying "Week 3-4, 5-6-8-9..etc..." Another question is do i do 30min of length stretches and then girth same day. or girth 1 day length another day?

Thanks for your question as my brother. SRT is very customizable. The general out line is what is in the routine but much of the time I will help people with a customer came to fit into the schedule and their goals they have. Some men are only looking for length while some men are only looking for a girth. In all of these variations your needs to be customization.

After you’re done with the first 2 to 3 weeks of the basic training you go into the next phase which is permanent. You’ll only be adding intensity and or weight to the process.

You can do length and girth on the same day but many people find that to be too much so they either go every other day for they go for what they want first.
 
So just be to clear your saying, do the same thing in week 2-3 as 4-12? Is there anyway you could give me a quick breakdown of what to do after the 3rd week. Like what would you recommend for week 8-12?
 
After you’re done with the first 2 weeks you’ll move into the next stage. It is about 3 paragraphs below the first 2 weeks
 
Hey DLD i wanted to know if you would disapprove of doing Length/Girth Weeks? I have a length week and shift over to girth the following week. Or would you more recommend Length/Girth days?

I have never heard of anybody doing this but I would love you to try it so we can get a good idea if this works or not. For me it sounds like a very smart thing so try it and let me know
