Plateau/ Hanging Workout

So I’ve felt like I’ve hit a plateau with stretching. I would do an expressive stretch mix with a twist stretch up and down. Extending while not stretching. My erect length is around 7.2ish almost to 7.5in not quite. I wanted to now if I should include hanging with my routines. I usually do 10min expressive, 10min twist stretch then extender all day. Any tips would help!
