Technology picture problem

My picture never shows, i put a picture in my profile ( 196x185 ) and it never shows. I have tried several pictures, what can i do ?

do i have to chance it to something else ? all the pictures that i have tried are jpg and they are all smaller then 200x200 ( i changed the size of it, made them smaller )
what is the problem ?

The maximum avatar is 100X100

Max profile picture is 200X200 OR 195.3 KB whichever is SMALLER

Is the file size less than 195.3 KB?

yes all the pictures that i tried are just 10 KB or somthing

LOL...could you post them in this thread, ie, "insert image"? Then I could see them and maybe find out what the problem is with them. So far...jpg that is 10KB just should not be any problem for avatar or profile picture. If you could slap them here in the thread, perhaps this would show what the problem is.
