Phallosan to transfer bpfsl>bpel?

Hey guys,

i bought a PF two month ago and wearing it 5-6 days per week and logged 421 hours in January and February. My size is 6.2 BPEL and 7 BPFSL. Now i wonder how i can close this 0.8 inch gap? I read that jelqing is the best way. How often should i jelq? Or should i wait for another 2-4 month?

Are there any other things that i can do to speed things up?

The fastest way to close that gap is using erect stretches. It’s really the only method that works at the speed it does. You basically just get an erection and you stretch it straight out in every direction. Stretch for 10 minutes three times a week and that gap will close quickly.
 
Can take time for the bone pressed erect length to catch up with the bone pressed flaccid stretched length, due to the fact the transfer of the growth in the flaccid state must crossover into the erect state.

The main thing, its not what many want to hear, as we like a quick solution [I understand that] it just takes patience, time, and to keep doing the workouts before you will see this catch up.

I cant give specific deadlines, but from my own experience of penis enlargement using natural methods, its approx 4-6 months before you really notice the growth creeping in ... so give it another couple of months, add in the erect stretches right now, you can do what DLD outlined eachday rather then x3 each week, when you get an erection, stretch, and the jelqing, that's done with some amount of erection, and I dont see it doing any harm to add it into your regimen.

Please keep us informed, and maybe even other users can offer more advise.
 
I read the thread about SRT. I think i will try to do this basic stretching to all angles before i apply my PF. Also the jelq and erect stretches before bedtime makes sense to me. Maybe i can handle to wear the PF also in the night when i attach it to the knee. That would give me nearly 24h of expanded state. Let's see how that works for me.

No problem. Be sure to get your bundled stretches in before you start your routine. Five minutes is plenty 2 1/2 minutes to the left and 2 1/2 minutes to the right. Also don’t forget to get your Kegels in they’re very important as you gain size as you want your penis to be able to hold more blood and have solid EQ. The Phallosan use sounds perfect and should be an active and passive exercises in the way you’re using it. Meaning at higher intensity you will actively gain and the lighter stretches you passively will heal.
