Just curious how much it is around everyone. Two of my g/f's friends got std's in college. One got hpv from her b/f that didn't bother to tell her he had it. She may never be able to have kids in the future and it could develope into cervical cancer. She didn't tell her next bf she had it, which burned me up. The other girl got herpes. I don't know any guys with anything.

Well I do know a guy with that. He was a real grungy guy, into drugs heavy, so it was no surprise he got it.

What do you do to get tested sikdogg? Go to health clinic and just ask to be tested for std's? What all do they do? Pee and blood sample?

I just go to my doctor and ask for an std/hiv/herpes test and they send me to the lab for bloodwork. The doctor just needs approval from my insurance for the hiv test. I get the results in about two days.

I've had the pee hole test myself. Its really not too bad. The stick goes in an inch or two and then they twist it a bit, and then pull it out. takes only a few seconds. I've never had my prostate checked but i think id rather had the pee hole test than a hand up my ass, but thats just me. And you would think with all this modern technology that would have found a more comfortable way to check a prostate.

A word of caution. I don't know how old you are, but you better get used to the idea of having your prostate checked as you get older. It could save your life some day. And they don't stick their hand up your butt--just a finger.
