Penis head less sensitive?

I posted this is sexuality but didn't get any responses, so I decided to try it out here.

I've been stretching and jelqing for about a month now. The fist time I ever got head was when I was 18 and now I'm 22. I know, late start. That first time I lasted a little under 2 minutes. Usually I only go about 5-8 minutes.
Last night, I went 40 minutes while getting head. Don't get me wrong, it felt good, but I was just surprised I lasted that long. Could this be due to me doing penis enlargement now? I feel like jelqing would contribute to this. Any thoughts?

WIth the constant handling of your penis in Penis Enlargement it allows the touch of another to not be so intense. No feeling is lost, just more used to it. For a man who only touches his penis during pee and sex he is more prone to early ejaculation than someone who is touching himself more often.
