Hello everybody!

Recocnized after a week off, that my penis kinda feels numb. Maybe it's some sort of longer healing phase? Need to say that I was very focused on ADS for about the past 4-5 months. Roundabout 14 Hours a day with no hard pull level. Usually it took 1-2 days to "feel my dick back again" posibility of damaged a nerve?

From what you have written, this is not the first time you are experiencing this problem. You said, it takes 1 to 2 days to feel your dick back again.

My question to you is, why did you kept on trying to damage your penis everytime by wearing the ADS for up to 14 hours?

The problem most of you brothers make for yourself is that, you don't follow the well known beaten paths that has been created by people before you in PE.

Stop wearing an ADS for 14 hours. Do not be desperate for gains. Max time to wear an ADS is 6 hours. You will damage your penis if you continue like this.

Stop using the ADS henceforth and buy a length master. All you need is, two 20 minutes length master sessions daily to make the needed gains.

Massage your penis gently with warm water morning and night. @oldandlively @DLD will tell you more on what to do.

Thx for the fast answer! I actually thought I had an Plateau. Thought through a longer wearing time it could be solved - "lenght before girth" most of the Stretching time was done with a mummy after the main PE to avoid turtling. Only on weekends pumping sessions for about 10 Mins after that jelqing for about 15 - 20 Mins and than the ADS. From Monday to Friday only wearing the mummy. For nerve healing they recommend Vitamin B12. In fact I dont even know if its a nerve thing. The Dong just feels exhausted. Have to admit that I've almost done no Kegels. Are there chances for healing?

Yes, there is a 100 percent chance of healing. First thing first, stop every form of PE that you are doing.

Once.you recover, focus on only length work. Buy a length master. The length master is the only device you need for length gains. It will break whatever plateau you are facing.

Stop trying to jelq, pump and do length work all together, you are killing your penis.

Length work shouldn't exceed 40 minutes daily.

Okay, something is really wrong here. 1 to 2 days of numbness!? That's way too high on the stress loading. For numbness, never go there. If there is any numbness, it should not last more than an hour or two after a light massage. To have a prolong numbness, it's never a good thing. It's not nerve damage, but it's nerve stressing. Just imagine if you have someone sleeps on your arm or leg for hours on end. Something that is pressured on or along the nerve branches will cause the nerves to stress, causing that numbness. Mind offering us a bit more info on this?

Where is the numbness occuring at? Make sure to identify the numbing point or points to the best that you can.

For the ADS, do you mind sharing to us what ADS unit you are wearing? We need to determine how much pressure is being exerted on the penis.

For 16 hours of wear time, is that during active waking hours or that includes the hours during sleeping? This is quite essential.

B12 is good for nerve healing, but try to look for B complex to include other Bs into the mix. D3 is also essential for cellular activities. Look like red light therapy as well. A unit with or equivalent to the specificiation of the MoS Red unit.

The key word is "exhausted". Do provide us more info on the tension, wear time, and wearing period. We need to sort things out so you don't kill you penis.

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ?
