Comes with two base pieces, one still in plastic never used. Comes with two of the straps still in plastic, one out of plastic and used (not shown). Also comes with two fastener plates. It has all the rods, and a manual. I am in desparate need of cash and have to sell some stuff. I am sad to see the Peni go.
