PeniMaster DHL shipping problems

Just a heads up that I placed an order in January and it still shows that it is with DHL in Germany. Delivery to USA is supposed to be 5 days and we are now in March! [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PeniMaster[/words] also is very bad at responding to emails. Guess I'll need to dispute the charges with my CC company. Anyone else having same problem?

Maybe it will arrive after all. Just checked out the DHL tracking details. What a piece of crap shipping company. Order was picked up on 01/12 from [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]Penimaster[/words] and not until 2/26 that DHL finished processing it in their "export parcel center." Says it arrived in USA on 02/26 and transferred over to USPS to complete delivery. May be a good idea to try to get a shipped other than DHL if possible to ship your orders from there. Will check PO box again today...

Yeah worst delivery ever If something happens to this as far as breaking it or so on i will not order another one the wait is to long mines has been a 60% for over a week

I ordered my [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] on the 23rd of July and I have yet to get a tracking number or any response from them.

Have they contacted you back about anything via email or is the problem with DHL?

DHL are sooo bad for me [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster[/words] said 14 days to Australia it took 26 days just to get replacement latex parts and I found out my valve is busted now, so to get suction I have to stick blue tack around the valve now.

I think the problem is not with dhl but I could get wrong. My [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words] took almost two months to arrive. It took about a week from Germany to reach Canada but my [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words] was hold by custom for the entire time.
