Penile Extender

Hey guys,

I recently received my penile extender/tension kit in the mail, and I’m curious as to how I should go about using it. I know I plan to do a Jelqing session before applying it, but how long am I supposed to wear it each day? And how do I know how much tension is the right amount? I’m starting up penile exercises after several years off, so I plan on taking things slow. Thanks for your input!

I am not familiar with this extender, but I can tell you, you need to find out for yourself how much tension you need. And once you reach that tension, you should ware for 2 to 3 hours. If this is too much back off on your tension until you're able to do two to three hours

I'm not familiar with that specific one either. The extended rods on both sides far exceed the supporting mounting platform.

But, to make things more correct on the wearing, the base should be pressing against the base of your penis. The extender uses a screw drive or spring loaded base to push your entire penile shaft against the base of your penis (the pubic bone) and the base of the glans (the ridge where the mounting noose is at).By pressing against the two ends, the entire shaft is being stretched.

That extender appears to be a screw type system. That means there is no springing sensation where you can compress the rods downwards. There's no clear indicator of "traction tension" on a screw drive system. With the spring, you can measured based on the compression. With the screw system, you can only estimate by hanging a bit of weight to get that stretchy feeling at the specific amount of weight.

Thank you for your quick response. I have attached the link to the product below, it’s a cheap Chinese-made extender. My budget for PE equipment maxes out at about $150. And as far as my experience, I’ve only done Jelqing intermittently. I can never seem to stay consistent with it. At max production, i was at 300 strokes per session with a thorough warm-up, stretch routine, and cool down. All told, it was about 30-40 minutes of work per day.

Let's bring your current PE experience into a frame of reference so we can get you up-to-speed. First of all, make sure to read through the overly loaded info for the SRT ( <- clickable word now). Read through the program first, and try to get as much understandind about PE first. BUT, do read the forewarnings:


We all have a mantra about PE, "It's a marathon and not a sprint." Once you acknowledge that, we'll move forward with the rest from such a long crappy preambling spiel.

Fist, the 300 jelqs for warmup is a good way to promote blood flow. But at this point, it's merely to promote blood flow. Our brother @9.5inchpro is at 10k jelqs, pushing his exercise routine into angiogenesis (development of larger and stronger blood vessels to push for girth and length growth). Angiogenesis is merely a new term in the recent years, but it's nothing new in terms of PE. In PE, Angiogenesis is a resulting growth from pumping and jelqing (5x5x3), and very heavy lengthening exercises. If you want more length, you can use the SRT introductory to intermediate exercise level using only your hands. In due time, as your penis become primed and conditioned, using only arm strength will not be enough to deal with the additional traction force requirement. Plenty of discussion about using mechanical assist with the Length Master 3 vs hands vs other tools in this brotherhood. We can point all the discussions to you. You're more than welcome to ask questions, no matter how strange they sound or how irrelevant they may feel.

As for the Amazon's screw type extender, yep. should have known. That can still be used without any problem. But I will forewarn you know, the noose can be quite uncomfortable as the traction load gets higher and higher. Around 5lbs of traction force, your penis will will like it's being stretched by your lady as if it's made out of taffy within 2 hours.

To maximize the usage, look at the SRT and chose 8 exercises. We normally recommend 5, but in your case and device, 8 is the way to go. There are many exercises in the SRT, but the combination of exercises will keep your penile shaft primed and lengthened before it's placed into the extender. By pre-stretching the penile shaft first, you'll get the full benefit of the extender rather than just putting it on and hope for the best. The 8 exercises called for 30 seconds per rep. However, keep a good honest and disciplined approach of 60 second per rep for each exercise, and place aside at least 30 minutes for the exercises to optimize your stretching routine. Once you're done with the stretching exercises, as we discussed before, make sure the base of the extender flushes against the base of your penis as much as possible, and use the screw system to stretch your penis.

To determine the 1.15kg (or around 2.5lbs) of traction force, make sure to hang your penis using free weights or a hanging scale weight to get that feeling. In the extender, extend your penis until you feel that same feeling. You'll be surprised your penis suddenly stretches another 2.5 to 3in longer than it's when it's erected. This is your potential growth condition. The more you see your penis stretches during flaccid state in the extender, the more proud you should be since your penis is willing to yield to new growth under the traction influence.

Every 2 to 3 weeks, swap out the 8 exercises. You can increase the exercises if you like. Here are additional manual exercises to consider:
