Angiogenesis is merely a new term in the recent years, but it's nothing new in terms of PE. In PE, Angiogenesis is a resulting growth from pumping and jelqing (
5x5x3), and very heavy lengthening exercises. If you want more length, you can use the
SRT introductory to intermediate exercise level using only your hands. In due time, as your penis become primed and conditioned, using only arm strength will not be enough to deal with the additional traction force requirement. Plenty of discussion about using mechanical assist with the

As for the Amazon's screw type extender, yep. should have known. That can still be used without any problem. But I will forewarn you know, the noose can be quite uncomfortable as the traction load gets higher and higher. Around 5lbs of traction force, your penis will will like it's being stretched by your lady as if it's made out of taffy within 2 hours.
To maximize the usage, look at the
SRT and chose 8 exercises. We normally recommend 5, but in your case and device, 8 is the way to go. There are many exercises in the
SRT, but the combination of exercises will keep your penile shaft primed and lengthened before it's placed into the extender. By pre-stretching the penile shaft first, you'll get the full benefit of the extender rather than just putting it on and hope for the best. The 8 exercises called for 30 seconds per rep. However, keep a good honest and disciplined approach of 60 second per rep for each exercise, and place aside at least 30 minutes for the exercises to optimize your stretching routine. Once you're done with the stretching exercises, as we discussed before, make sure the base of the extender flushes against the base of your penis as much as possible, and use the screw system to stretch your penis.
To determine the 1.15kg (or around 2.5lbs) of traction force, make sure to hang your penis using free
weights or a
hanging scale weight to get that feeling. In the extender, extend your penis until you feel that same feeling. You'll be surprised your penis suddenly stretches another 2.5 to 3in longer than it's when it's erected. This is your potential growth condition. The more you see your penis stretches during flaccid state in the extender, the more proud you should be since your penis is willing to yield to new growth under the traction influence.
Every 2 to 3 weeks, swap out the 8 exercises. You can increase the exercises if you like. Here are additional manual exercises to consider:
