Almost through my first month (3 weeks to be exact), mixed phase 1 with a couple of other exercises... sadly I couldn't do it every day... so I missed more than a couple..
anyhow, I've gained 0.4 inches, which doesn't seem a lot to you but it's a hell of a lot to me, mainly because i'm counting with cms and 1 cm is not half bad!
Another thing, I've made some modifications to the exercises of DLD, such as: the OK grip, mainly because it was physically impossible for me to perform this exercise (penis is not big enough), I used the fingers instead of the entire arm under the penis.
and again in the fake-arm exercise, I used fingers, it works well actually... but I recommend DLD to consider the fact that there are people out there who are under 5 inches and can't perform these exercises (most of them have the most motivation for obvious reasons)
