PE and sex

Hey, should i cut down sex while doing this? i am pretty much in a long term relationships and i'd think having sex like 2-3 times weekly would mess up the gains?

can guys post their experiences please?

I’ve thought about this also. I’ve only been doing PE for 2 months and have only made minimal gains. But the wife won’t stay off of me! I haven’t really measured myself since I started but can tell Ive gained maybe 1/4-1/2” in girth and I can tell she knows it too! It’s been great, but I was kind of thinking I could do better because sometimes I’m just not in the mood or aroused enough to do a PE session because she had me give it to her twice already . Seriously I’m pretty sure we do it every day minus her period and a day here and there. And sometimes it’s 2-3 times a day. We have always been pretty good at it but since I’ve started this I have also been working out and had some gains there too and she is all over me. I’m glad I started some self improvement, it is paying off.

It's just a starting point brother. Once she knows she can get quality and quantity, it'll be never-ending sessions ahead.
