I believe quite a few brothers have this issues before doing PE. I'm included. It comes in short bursts. At times, it happens out of nowhere. The trick is to observe why. It's not ED per se. It involves in many things.
Temperature. When it's too hot or too cold, it influence your blood pressure to keep an erection.
Stimulation. If our sexual intimacy session doesn't go well, there is no stimulus to keep our penis from erected. Well, less on the naked people movies and more of the imagination and intense and detail imagery kind. Retrain your brain so to speak.
Blood pressure. This is a kicker. If you have heavy swings of blood pressure, such as a history of high blood pressure, you will suffer sudden deflation of the penis. Keep it under control
Constant level of nitric oxide. This ties into blood pressure related as well, but lack of available of nitric oxide will cause wild swing of erection and deflation. Plenty of daily supplements, such as l-citrulline malate and Hawthorne extracts, can help.
Ease up on PE before sex. I do my routines from
LM to
5x5x3. But if I know my wife wants some raunchy session afterwards, I have to ease up my routines and not go crazy. On days I go too intensely and she jumped me afterwards, I have to try very hard to keep going for 30+ minute. Sensitive glans and fatigued shaft is no joke during sex.
It's rare to have brotherhoods like this. Everywhere else is finger warriors with malicious mindsets, brimming with arrogance and pride. We tried hard to toss this out the door here and do our best to encourage each other. Life is full of malice already. Negativities abundance at every step we take. We don't need it during our PE.
