Overtraining

Alright, so when I do the sqeeze I have little red dots on my penis. Am I doing my workout to hard. When I sqeeze I sqeeze so hard that my muscles are so tired I can barely sqeeze before my 30 sec is up by my 2 set.
 
I'm not sure when I heard about it it was refered to as the sqeeze. Ts where you grab your penis at the base and sqeez filling your penis with blood for 30 sec and do thee to four sets. But I think I may be over doing it with the sqeezing. But it said to sqeez HARD. I am a muscular person so maybe that has something to do with me sqeezing too hard if that's even the prob. If there even is a prob.
 
Spots, dots and the like are expected in Penis Enlargement. You are using lots of pressure and the blood is pushed towards the surface which brings these dots. Warming up and down will help this from not happening.

    If I'm thinking about getting either the phallosan or extender pro and have a lynx traction device in the meantime, do I need to keep the area warm? And should I do it preferably after some manual stretches?
