Ouch pain on pubic bone area (spermatic cord?)

Hi all I have this sharp deep pain just above my penis to the left a bit where I think the spermatic cord runs.

I have been using a pump (mustang pump with no comfy pad just the tube) and i keep getting sharp stabbing pains and it feels like it burns a little to what have i done
