Progress thread Orgasmic19’s Routine

I’m definitely noticing some flaccid gains from wrapping all day with combination of ball and lig stretches. I look pretty thick I’m assuming this has to be some fluid retention from the wrap I’m not totally sure.

2. 3 Minute Ball And Lig Stretches
3. 30 Minutes Bundles Between The Cheeks
4. 15 Minute Warm Down MOS-RED
5. All Day Penis Wrap

No, I do not.

Remember WE ALL GROW DIFFERENT as long as you are consistent with your routine that’s all that matters. Keep the intensity high and implement the healing from SRT.

When I used to hang weights I didn’t notice my flaccid stretch increase until a 3 month period.

Give your routine 3 months then measure your flaccid stretch and use that as a baseline.

Also make sure you are reaching soreness during or after stretching this is a sign of growth.

Even @squirt_inducer_man has mentioned he saw erect gains before flaccid gains.

If I remember correctly even @huge-girth said it doesn’t matter either as long as you are consistent with your routine.

What I believe is happening is by over stretching the penis it turtles up and flaccid gains after stretching are harder to notice that’s why we need to implement SRT healing techniques.

Remember high intensity stretching and soreness is a must.

The flaccid hang is the most wonderful thing to noticed.
It was after many months I saw a big improvement.
Ball & Lig Stretches are an amazing exercise.

It's important to consider multiple possibilities and point of views.

Personally I didn't see any substantial flaccid gains in the beginning of my journey. I didn't even saw any substantial flaccid gains after a length session. My flaccid both temporary elongation after a session and the permanent elongation/hang took months to catch up to my erected gains.

Something else I noticed and I was guilty of this in the past as well. Sticking with one solid routine for a couple of weeks or months then adding more and more work than necessary and unable to sustain the work load.

Eventually the routine you started with becomes different than your previous routine. This includes adding new devices to your routine and so forth. it becomes unrealistic and back to square one. My point is give your routine a chance don’t add to it or extra devices.

Heck, I just might have to pull the LM3 out again. Though think I’ll stick to doing one round of 20 mins total BTC stretches and extend for the rest of the day. My underarms just can’t handle more than that in a day.

By the way have you gained some while I’ve been gone? Sure hope you have brotherman.

I did managed to grow on 40 minutes of stretching (some rest days included).

Thanks brother! Somewhat impossible for me because I do the whole 30 minutes at night instead of spread out through the day. With work it’s hard to manage and make time.

I currently hold each stretch for 2 minutes it works wonders.

Try holding them for 5 minutes and just relax into it, as you relax, stretch a little bit harder and just enjoy the stretching you are feeling in your ligaments and inner penis.

Do not worry if your body are starting to shake, just push through it. You will get stronger with time.

The amazing thing was that when I got to the max intensity in the last time period (before I stopped for girthwork), I could get away with 1 session each day and still grow.

I tried to do 2 session, but 2 sessions was mostly only one day out of 3 days (3 days on 1 day rest). When I did maximum bundled stretches of 5 minutes each, it was almost impossible to do 2 sessions that day.
It's called the most effective dose.

Just increase the intensity to max in a progressive way and keep it there...and you will grow big. There are many ways to increase the intensity...I have written about it before in my progress thread.

Thank you for the tips brother, really tempting to start using it again. Only problem is how inflamed my underarms gets but maybe trying to do shorter stretch holds like you do might help that. Maybe doing 2,5 mins stretches at a time.

Will see what I end up doing. It’s really, really tempting though I must say, and it would perfectly supplement my extending as well, LM3 first then extending.

If you’re pulling between the cheeks and it’s getting kinda boring and physical it’s time to start increasing the bundle.
The intensity of the stretch goes up and it’s less taxing.
Rinse and repeat!
 
So I took the day off and decided to edge tonight.

My penis looks smaller I was wondering if this from fatigue from yesterday’s session? Any thoughts 💭

Can be. You will feel if your tissue isn't as stretchy as it used to be, and when your penis do not hang as low and long.

Sit in front of MOSRED for 30 minutes (you can also use a heating fan), if your tissue isn't as stretchy and your penis do not hang long...maybe you need to work on how to balance it all (active penis enlargement vs. recovery/healing strategies). Stress kan also impact the fkaccid hang of your tissue.

If you do something similar as I did. You can not stretch every day with that kind of intensity/stretching force. You need to be smart about penis enlargement, and use the most effective dose when doing high intensity stretching. Adding strategic rest days (pre-planned) is important. You can also take them if you feel your penis is tired.

I can also mention that mostly I did like you. And I was stretching at the evening/night. So your strategy and programming will work. You just need to balance recovery and active stretching according to your body and intensity.

But go hard. If you experience soreness in your skin, make sure you do your best prevent that:

With like Magnesium Carbonate on your penis before winding THERABAND on. This will protect your
skin. I was personally bleeding from my foreskin from time to time before I discovered this. As mentioned before, hydrocortisone 1% and Locobase® REPAIR as well. Without Locobase® REPAIR my penis would have been dry like an old branch 🪵.

I think you mentioned that you used Vaseline to lubricate your penis before (for healing purposes). That is not a good choice of restoring the skin barrier.

It's so important to balance high intensity stretching with recovery techniques.

  • Like having 3 days on, and 1 day rest.
  • MOSRED.
  • Always keeping your tissue elongated during waking hours.
  • and more...

Thanks for the tip, kinda knew it already and did try to up the bundles back when I did use the LM3 and it would result in my penis twisting and turning around inside the chamber even when I had tightened the chamber as much as possible.

Will see how it goes this time around if I decide to start using it again. Must admit I’m kinda hooked on using the extender only as I stretch a max tension(3000grams)with my Jes and my flaccid always hangs lower now 24/7 because of it.

Must try to get more hours in everyday or just use my extender for a longer period of time like at least 1-2 years straight.
Anyways, I’m still going to do PE no matter what until I’m totally satisfied with my size. Must also admit that I’m not even doing this in hopes of impressing any females, I just do it for my own ego and self-esteem.

I totally understand. In my times of fatigue (sore) I’m unable to get a good enough clamp to bundle more, when this fatigue passes I can get a perfect clamp with my eyes closed. And I spend around a week adding a half rotation (bundle) then the fatigue sets in again, and the cycle starts again.

How many bundles are you using. I typically could only get like 1.25-1.3 rotations. Not a full 1.5
 
The amount of bundles matters little as long as you are bundled and as squirt_inducer_man said you will increase over time

I took @squirt_inducer_man advice kept the tissue warmed in between sessions and oh boy I got a hell of stretch. I was fire!!! 💪 😡

I decided to take after measurement I gained quarter inch post flaccid stretch. Unfortunately I forgot to take my before measurement so I’m going off my previous bpfs.

it’s not that I’m bundle obsessed!
Im just using a different approach to SIMs bundle to the max everyday. I’m not saying it’s the best way but I think it will work for me.

Correction, it is working for me 😄

Add half a bundle, spend maybe 6 weeks ish stretching out that bundle using all the other methods of increasing intensity, when you’ve maxed out this stretch and measuring around an inch temporary elongation add another half bundle.

My brain just needs a slightly more measured approach.
I also think it’s a good time measure (pre or post bundle faze)
