I did for 10 years and have had no injuries but lots of growth@DLD I know you said there’s no limit to stretching. So could I stretch all day if needed could you explain a little further and what happens if I reach a plateau and gains stop?

You can even combine meditation with MOS-RED.So decided to take the day off and focus on my diet. Starting with 10 hours of fasting and a vegan meal with sweet potatoes, quinoa, black beans and cilantro and lime tonight. And a juice of my choice.
I’m just gonna focus on my diet for right now and focus on working out later down the road I just need to get my diet dialed down first.
I will continue my PE and during the week and morning focus on meditation and a little yoga.

Halasana is so good of stretching your back out. We hunch forward all day, especially when using a smartphone. Halasana stretch the back in the opposite direction (of the hunching forward).
I have a tight muscular system I need to take this up again.
Post pictures of your food it sounds delicious.
Do you use a foam-roller, they are really good to use to loosen up tight muscles? Especially in the hips, but also around your shoulders, foam-rollers are extremely versatile.
You can even use a baseball to do loosen up tight musculature.
Have you done fasting before?
I use coffee. It's much easier when consuming coffee. I think one key of fasting is to consume enough protein.
I have a book recommendation for a really good yoga book if you want that?
Okey brother.I don’t think my back could handle all those yoga poses. It’s been awhile since I practice any form of yoga. I mainly getting back to my Taoist practices mainly Chi Kung and Taoist Yoga Stretches.
I have fast in the past, but mainly 6hrs at max.

You can put some Himalaya salt in the water, It's strange but this will make you feel more satisfied from the water you drink. I feels more thirst quenching. But just put a little of it, in like 1 liter of water.So I fasted for 12 hours today drink mainly water. Around noon I had one carbonated water for lunch.
I find it really hard to fast what else do you recommend to make it easy besides coffee?

Stretch as hard as you like as long as there is no sharp pain or severe pains. When you hit a plateau, we will review your routine and break it together by adding something adding to the mix. I've never hit a plateau before.

Doing bundled stretches with LENGTHMASTER 3 is the best. It's like doing gymnastics for your penis.I just don't know why I never liked it till this day. I used every PE device as at 2018 before I settled for the length master.

I switch to the uncle Jim’s wrap a lot more comfortable and easier to manage.
