I have a question on manual girth exercises is it normal to see or feel a temporary expansion when performing the exercise such as the SSJ, but afterwards I didn’t see any increase when measuring once the exercise is completed? I noticed more temporary expansion with pumping only.

Temporary gains leads to permanent gains with time. Just keep expanding your tunica albuginea, and you will see permanent gains in the future.

I understand the concept, but what about temporary post session regrading manual exercises such as jelqs and SSJ? I don’t see much of a difference after performing these exercises

Combine them with pumping.
You use a cock ring or a bandage tightly winded at your base after a session, in order to faster cement your gains.

The temporary gains will not stick for to long, that's the reason it's important to be consistent with penis enlargement, and use a cock-ring after your sessions.

Thanks brother ! I was thinking it makes sense to do 3 sessions a day focusing on pumping and jelqing a day for permanent gains to cement.

Unfortunately I don’t have that much time do to work to add a third session. I might up the pumping time to 40 minutes a day for instance 20 in the morning and 20 at night. Hopefully I can try this out tomorrow with full package pumping on the last set.

Did things a little different tonight instead of doing the SSJ after pumping I decided to do them right before I jelq or pump to see if I noticed any increase in expansion. I started at a lower EQ 50 to 60 percent and saw better results.

I also add another 10 minutes of pumping making it 20 minutes a twice a day a total of 40 minutes since I’m limited on time during the day.

Measurements: half inch increase after 20 minutes of pumping.
 
Mid day:
Quick 10 Minute Pump

Post measurement: 5,75”

OK guys, I just bought a new cylinder off Amazon to try full package pumping, but unfortunately it wasn’t big enough because I have some massive balls LOL 😆


Anyway, it works great for girth and the sucker is huge it’s a 2.125” (54mm). I’m use to using one cylinder for both length and girth my standard is 1.75” (44mm).

Here is a pic and what’s your opinion on using it for girth? I mean will it deform my penis in the long run or do you think I’m safe using it? I don’t want my penis to grow oddly.

Honestly, it kind of reminds me of my old bathmate as far as width is concerned.

@DLD it would be great if you could give some advice I noticed more of the base filling up.

Thanks 😊 I’m actually going to step down a size for girth the cylinder is way too big. I noticed some parts of the penis being stretched out more than others. If anything I’m just going to stick with my original cylinder and one more for girth , but not as big.

I just finished my second set of the day and my dick is sore. After I completed the SSJ and 10 minutes I went straight into the pump I felt so sore I was surprised I finished the remaining session.

I’m thinking about taking tomorrow off as rest day. @DLD is soreness common with girth exercises or at least with pumping?

Yes fatigue happens after girth sessions just like length tends to a unique fatigue of its own.

Most growth in both length and girth happen when you lean into fatigue for as long as possible. You will suffer fatigue but that's a pretty small price to pay for ultimate growth. I dealt with it for years but never had a problem with erections. So work through the fatigue and you will see faster results.
