I watched your wrapping video are you using an ace medical white bandage? If so I have same material on hand. What is the other wrap you are adding on top?

Just a regular bandage that is used for sprained ankles and wrists, and PENIS WRAPPING TAPE over that to keep everything tight.

I don't think you need a full week. A week is a long time.I’m thinking about taking a week off for the soreness to go away and the skin to fully recover. Hopefully this is not a big mistake but I got feeling it might be. I really don’t wanna lose any progress that I’ve made so far.

Apply hydrocortisone 1%, 2 times per day, and lubricate your penis with a healing ointment this will speed up the healing time. If you just get the wrapping to work, you can cut down the healing time to 1 day, when you need it.

For some people switching between routines is beneficial. I think you should switch between the workouts every 2 weeks to a month. Some men simply need a different approach to keep growing. Try this out and see how it goes. If 2 weeks is too short than change to monthly. I have hit many blocks over 20 years and had to adapt. Do NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT QUITTING! You will be triumphant!
I would say as hard as you can. You can't stretch to hard, your mind/body will prevent you from stretching to hard. But there are ways to stretch smart.So I got 30 minutes of stretching tonight with LM. I can’t feel the same intensity as I did before like hanging.
I have one question how hard should I be stretching with LM? I mean the glans always pushes against the chamber causing discomfort I understand this is normal, but at the same time I don’t want to cause any injury by pulling too hard with too much force?

I just need to take a little break to be honest I’ve been like a hermit lately. I only work three days a week, but majority of my time is spent in the house and I haven’t really done anything or been on a date since I started PE. I’m also thinking about going back to school become a veterinarian assistant. I still feel like my life is not where it’s supposed to be but still wanna continue again.August

Smart move my brotherI just completed 10 minutes of extra stretches between the cheeks.
Since my primary goal is length I’ll leave out the girth portion of this routine out for now and just focus on stretching.
