Order Problems

Hey y'all. I finally decide to shell out the cash for a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in hopes that it will help me break thru my girth plateau. But been having some issues with my order.

I ordered it 5 days again. I got a receipt but still no shipment confirmation. I currently live in China and am having it shipped to my girlfriend's apartment. For ease of delivery, I suBathmateitted the address in both Chinese and English. But on the receipt I recieved, under the address, the Chinese was no longer there and was replaced by gibberish (some sort of computer code I presume). To make matters worse, the English address was incomplete. I know I put the correct address in b/c I used the copy and paste function.

I emailed the regarding this issue on Monday but still haven't heard from them. Any help from DLD or Agust would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

As our shipping partner can not process Chinese addresses, they will "do their best" to convert, however in special cases like this, I would email support@Bathmate.eu, tell them that Agust said to re-ship it and quote your order number. Furthermore, give the English version, and the Chinese version in a JPG format so that we can post this ourselves directly from the factory rather from our shipping partner.

Well, unfortunately, it appears that my order has been canceled. I checked my debit card statement and the charges for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] are no longer there. Should I just try to order again?
