Opinion on my Routine

Hey i wanted to get some opinions on the routine that i am doing at the moment. Currently i am using a vacuum stretcher for hanging ( cureetnly hanging 11lbs/5kg) for at least 1 hour a day, in addition i wear my ADS mostly over night for about 2-3 more hours and while i am at work i wear the Silisleeve for another 3-4 hours. Is this routine okay for making gains? I know everybody is using the Lenghtmaster for their strecthes but no matter what i do it seems like i can't get the right wrapping technique after 2 10-15 minute sets my foreskin hurts and i lose the will to use the lenghtmaster so i wanted to stick with vacuum hanging because that's the easiest for me to do and it is more comfortable for me. Is there anything i could add or do different?

Perhaps it's not the wrap him, but perhaps where it is being placed. I would go for both and see what works best going up a little bit or coming down a little bit.

It takes a minute to learn how to use a length master. Don't be hard on yourself and take your time as you go up the intensity ladder. You should also try to wrap even more and this should keep theUncomfortableness away
 
As brother DLD said, it's better to break the tissues down faster with the Length Master. If you're on a budget, then hanging is perfectly fine as well. But when you hang, be a bit more strategic. If you're using 11lbs/5kg straight from the start, that's bad.

If you are already conditioned for 11lbs already because you have so much many months of PE behind you (more than 10 months at this point), then that's perfectly fine. HOWEVER, do not remain static (at the same) high weight for more than 10 minutes at a time. You probably ask, "11lbs/5kg is nothing, right?" Well, it's true if it's your arm, but not for your penis.

The trick is:
  • Heat, to soften and making your soft tissues pliable. 5 minutes is a great start.
  • Start at 5lbs/2.7kg to loosen your tissues up, while twisting your penis to initiate a bundled hanging. 5 minutes one direction and 5 minutes in the other direction to balance out. This bundling/twisting process helps the tissues to break down faster than going higher weights.
  • Heat, again. 5 minutes to keep the tissues fully pliable, entering malleable to perform plasticity reformation at higher tension.
  • Kick your hanging straight to 11lbs/5kg, doing the same bundling for 5 minutes on direction, follows by 5 minutes in the other direction.
  • Heat, again for 5 minutes. Take this time to do some SSJ to get some blood flowing in. Don't let the blood vessels stressed without proper blood flow.
  • Switch down to 7lbs/3.2kg, with bundled hanging, for another 10 minutes.
  • Heat, 5 minutes, with SSJ.
  • Switch down even more at 5lbs/2.7kg hanging, to keep the malleability and plasticity up while cells are repairing and replicating to fill in the voids, but not to exceed a total of 60 minutes of total hanging beyond 2.5lbs/1.1kg, or even 3lbs/1.4kg. Anything hanging more than 60 minutes, switch down to lower weight. There's no reason to remaing beyond 2.5lbs/1.1kg. Your tissues are already primed in the first 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Heat, 5 minutes with SSJ.

Use ADS on at keep the tension at 2.5lbs/1.1 kg. No more than 3lbs/1.4kg. Go for as long as you can. Do not allow your tissues to cool down. If you need to take off your ADS, slap on a sleeve that stretches the entire length of the penile shalf with a traction tension at 600g bare minimum. The higher towards 2.5lbs or 3lbs, the better. If your sleeve cannot create this traction load, add on a light wrapping layer to get that traction load. ACE tape is a great way to do it, like Uncle Jim's wrap.

thanks for the advice well yes i already conditioned my penis to weight hanging (or better said vacuum weight hanging) so even with a vacuum device for hanging i shouldn`t hang longer then 10 minutes?.
Because sometimes i hang for 30-60 minutes straight.

I would go with twenty minutes and in between sets.I would do some deep tissue massage.

If you use your vacuum, you can go as long as you want as long as the traction weight doesn't create too high of an internal vacuum pressure that can create blister. If you can hang at that weight without blister formation, go for it. However, don't stay at high static (the same weight) for too long. Moderate weight is around 6lbs to 8lbs, while 8lbs and beyond is considered as high weight. Staying in these weight around 5 to 10 minutes at a time, and allow the tissues a few minutes to recover using warm heat. 5 minutes of heating during breaks is the best. If the penis detects too long of a static weight, it freaks out You can stay for days on end at low weight around 2.5lbs to 3lbs until the earth falls apart. It's a just a newer method being used to trick the body without triggering "penis is injured" signal to the brain.

30 mins to 1000 hours at lower weight is not a problem. 30 to 60 minutes at moderate weight, sure, not a problem, but not advised. Higher weight, stay away from it for now since it will flag your brain to trigger an injury is occuring.

okay thanks for the tips. i have one final question how important is it which Sleeve i am using? I have to add that i am using a phalosan forte as a vacuum device. And when i use the Silisleev5 i can barely fit it onto the chamber and removing the sleev afterwards is almost impossible becuase of it is quite static and not so easy to stretch once it is on your penis. And i imagine that it will be even harder if i use the Durosleev.

Sleeves type, thickness, rigidity, flexibility, diamter,and length plays critical roles. SiliSleev#5 is slighly thicker and more rigid, with too small of a diameter that your flaccid state could not be squeezed through. If the sleeve is too small while you're trying to shove in on with a semi erected penis, that's even harder to do. Good luck with DuroSleev if you don't have the right diameter.

Let's take the Forte's vacuum cup into account. When you use the Forte, or any vacuum cup, you need to be semi-erected, or achieve 50% to 60% in penile size compared to the erected size, just to put on the sleeves properly. This is where the base sleeve should be something like the SiliSleev#2. It's flexible, much less rigid, but still have a thickness of around 5mm to 6mm (optimal). The thickness allows the sleeve to prevent shearing (breaking) under tension between the base of the cup and the connection point onto your foreskin.

The problem is, if you have loose foreskin, the nightmare is the slippage problem. If the vacuum cup cannot create a good suction onto the glans and the diameter of the sleeve is too large, the sleeve will slide right off the penis. So, what is the method to use?

First, the sleeve inner diameter should be about the size of your smallest flaccid diameter, but with flexible formulation and thick enough wall at 5mm to as much as 7mm. I have a penis sleeve that is as thick as 8mm but still very flexible. I got it from AliExpress and Amazon. You can readily find these.

Second, a traction bulk layer. As we have discussed many times before, using soft and flexible materials like the TheraBand allows you to bulk up the circumference at the base of the glans. This is where the vacuum cup meets the skin to provide added vacuum support.

Third, squeeze out as much air in the sleeve and cup as possible by pulling the foreskin back while wrapping the bulk layer, pushing the vacuum cup down onto the bulk wrap, and prevent air from forming inside the sleeve when you put it over the cup before adding the vacuum pressure. At this point, I like to get a bit erected to push out as much air space between my glans, penile shaft, and have skin contact all points on the wrap and vacuum cup before I create the vacuum pressure. There's no way to do this with the DuroSleev. You've got to be the Hulk to even try.

Once you have the vacuum set and know you're not going to figet around with the set up any more, you can use a second sleeve of thinner thickness and put over the first one to double the strength of the shearing stresses. It's practically a flexible version of a DuroSleev.
