As brother DLD said, it's better to break the tissues down faster with the
Length Master. If you're on a budget, then
hanging is perfectly fine as well. But when you hang, be a bit more strategic. If you're using 11lbs/5kg straight from the start, that's bad.
If you are already conditioned for 11lbs already because you have so much many months of PE behind you (more than 10 months at this point), then that's perfectly fine. HOWEVER, do not remain static (at the same) high
weight for more than 10 minutes at a time. You probably ask, "11lbs/5kg is nothing, right?" Well, it's true if it's your arm, but not for your penis.
The trick is:
- Heat, to soften and making your soft tissues pliable. 5 minutes is a great start.
- Start at 5lbs/2.7kg to loosen your tissues up, while twisting your penis to initiate a bundled hanging. 5 minutes one direction and 5 minutes in the other direction to balance out. This bundling/twisting process helps the tissues to break down faster than going higher weights.
- Heat, again. 5 minutes to keep the tissues fully pliable, entering malleable to perform plasticity reformation at higher tension.
- Kick your hanging straight to 11lbs/5kg, doing the same bundling for 5 minutes on direction, follows by 5 minutes in the other direction.
- Heat, again for 5 minutes. Take this time to do some SSJ to get some blood flowing in. Don't let the blood vessels stressed without proper blood flow.
- Switch down to 7lbs/3.2kg, with bundled hanging, for another 10 minutes.
- Heat, 5 minutes, with SSJ.
- Switch down even more at 5lbs/2.7kg hanging, to keep the malleability and plasticity up while cells are repairing and replicating to fill in the voids, but not to exceed a total of 60 minutes of total hanging beyond 2.5lbs/1.1kg, or even 3lbs/1.4kg. Anything hanging more than 60 minutes, switch down to lower weight. There's no reason to remaing beyond 2.5lbs/1.1kg. Your tissues are already primed in the first 30 to 60 minutes.
- Heat, 5 minutes with SSJ.
Use ADS on at keep the tension at 2.5lbs/1.1 kg. No more than 3lbs/1.4kg. Go for as long as you can. Do not allow your tissues to cool down. If you need to take off your ADS, slap on a
sleeve that stretches the entire length of the penile shalf with a traction tension at 600g bare minimum. The higher towards 2.5lbs or 3lbs, the better. If your
sleeve cannot create this traction load, add on a light wrapping layer to get that traction load. ACE tape is a great way to do it, like
Uncle Jim's wrap.
