Once a week girth?

I want to hear what some people think about this. Now granted I have been doing this shit for a long time and I've done clamping everyday for a while before. I was thinking what if I were to do a super intense, super long girth workout once a week and then a light workout all the other days. And when I say super intense I mean it. What do you think?
 
once a week? hHydromaxm, seems like it would take ages to see results off that. what do you mean by light girth work? maybe if you did 2 days a week very intense followed by 1 day of adc and the other days as rest? really dont know about the once a week approach though. what exercises did you have in mind?
 
I think you have got to be careful about how intense you do it, you aren't going to grow any faster than you can, so i would imagine that its no better than doing some medium on each days.
