Not Your Typical Length Master Routine Question

Ok... I apologize if this has already been a topic but as a site newbie, searching in the LM forums is less then straight forward.

Anyway, as a soon to be new owner of a LM, can I pick some of ya’lls brains on what routine modifications you did to not over train and lose your EQ?
Was it just ease into applying force or was it a reduced number of sets... what are some of the veterans advice and wisdom on this?
(I am well aware, everyone is different, etc).

i appreciate all ya’lls feedback on this,

I don’t mean it wrong but based on the response to this thread, ok lack there of... it almost comes off as something is a bit strange here.

Hundreds of LM’s sold (or maybe 1,000’s?) and not one member can reply?
Does anyone else find this strange?

Not one member on this entire site has any advise... no lessons learned to help out?

Ok, it is what it is...

Seeing some odd characters popping up in certain words, I forwarded it to the admin.

It looks like the characters have been taken care of

I’m not a veteran, but I use the lengthmaster now for a year.

The most important thing is to stay consistent with it. Don’t skip PE sessions, if you have to ease in with intensity, then do it.

Sometimes I stretched too much and i’m sore as fuck the next day, but I still got to do those sets, so I wished I had trained with less intensity.

I do 20mins of Lengthmaster bundled stretches, downwards upwards, left, right, straight out.

I spread those sets out over the day.

Ease in with the lengtmaster, it’s a very powerful tool. The first few days that I got it, I went too crazy with Bundled stretching and had to take a few days off due to extreme soreness.

Goodluck !

Good to hear from you my brother! Thank you for your review on the LM. How are your gains been over the last year? The LM is no joke, every single man on this forum should have a LengthMaster!

Hows gains been?

To be completely honest, I didn’t gain much, but that was due to lots of stress, depression, time management issues,

I started hanging january 2018 and I kept at it until april 2018 or something. I opened topics about moving out etc, I was concerned for my privacy because I couldn’t lock my dorm room door.

I now live with roommates in a completely different big city far away from my hometown and friends and family, so lots of changes happened in my life. I kept stretching, doing my sets daily but I also had some periods that I didn’t stretched for 2-3 weeks.

Exams, appointments, new university, new people, life just got in the way, but i’m not bothered ?

I quit hanging due to extreme study sessions and being miserable and desperate to pass several courses, so that was really a sacrifice.

I’m trying to get back on track with hanging, but I still need to be 100% sure that I won’t be interrupted with unexpected things.

For now i’ve just been maintaining my gains, i’m at 18.5 cm (7.28 inches)

And i’m also in a battle of losing my bodyfat , i’m at 30 percent bodyfat and my life goal is 6% bodyfat with no visible fatpad,

Today I also slacked with my routine, I will do some sets before I go to sleep, 10 minutes bundled or so.

I accepted my circumstances and I will keep an eye out to restart my hanging sessions.

I have the time, i’m on this path for life, eternity and beyond.

My plan is to be 10 inches NBP in 5-7 years.

It’s just good to see you after so long. Have you made some gains in the meantime?

Yea, i’ve made some gains, not much but noticeable. We’re talking about 1 cm or so.
(0.4 inches) and i’m maintaining my gains until I can start actively hanging again.

The lengthmaster is perfect for stretching daily and maintaining gains. I don’t expect much gains with my 20 mins routine but all gains are welcome!

You can take your time and gaining, I did in my last seven years. I had no real sense of urgency just a relaxed state of gaining, So good to see you back on the board posting!
