Normal jelqing vs diamond jelqing

Hey guys,

I’ve heard now a few times that jelqing is not great. You can get seriously injured due to grinding with your thumb knuckle over the nerve on top of your penis and you can get hard flaccid from it.

I do like the exercise and I feel it gives me a good pump and also a stretch. It seems it works girth and length. However, I’m worried about the above. I noticed that my penis does somehow shrink once flaccid after I Jelqed.

Long story short, I’ve heard about diamond Jelqs and started doing those. BD recommends them but I can’t find to much information about them.

What’s your thoughts?

Never heard if diamond jelqs before. I got a thrombosis vein when I jelqed for the first time back in 2017. You should be doing slow squash jelqs aka SSJ.

Elaborate please

You can see in the photo you shared, there is one OK grip under the glans and there is another OK grip at the extreme base of the penis. This is how to do the SSJ, just do the OK grips as seen in the photo and then gently compress both OK grips together gently until both grips compress completely together and the erecrion fades away. You will see an instant expansion when you are done.

Jelqs are dangerous?? Since when? I had no idea

Jelqing works but it's dangerous. Just don't use too much pressure when doing it and also, try not to be at a very high erection level too when doing it. I did suggest you do Slow Squash Jelq instead of the normal Jelq.

wow I had no idea, I thought helping was one of the most rudimentary and fully recommended methods for girth!
Ok thanks bro, could you help me to understand why it’s dangerous and why the SSJ is not for example please?

I believe this is a repeated question. Try here:

But why is SSJ okay and normal jelq isn’t

SSJ creates more pressure compared to the normal jelq since you compress your dick from two opposite directions. I think the biggest risk factors are:

1. doing expanssion/girth work at very high erection levels, and
2: using too much pressure, forcing blood, thinking that will make your dick expand more.

I got my only injury from Girth work when I did both of these while doing power jelqs and popped a vein. I recovered fully in 2 weeks, but I learned to never take it that far again.

You need to expand the tissues just a bit in order to create microtears, not trauma. Micro-tears elicit adaptation; trauma can make you lose your dick.

Jelqing cannot compare to the Slow Squash Jelq. I say spend maybe 4 to 6 weeks with the jelq, and after that move to the slow squash jelq

To add additional info to brother @Blueballs , SSJ is a dual-directional pressure trap. The volume of the blood trap is to create pressure ballooning in one area, or throughout the entire shaft, where there are more capacity to expand than the glans. SSJ can control one segment at a time, such as the 1/3 segment from the base of the penis to the middle of the shaft, the middle of the shaft only, or the upper segment of the penile shaft. SSJ traps the volume of blood based on where you want to expand. By doing regular jelqs, like power or horse jelqs, where you force the blood pressure to go only one direction under intense expansion load, you can cause the blood vessels to overexpand. If it's your vein, you cause your microvalves in the veins to lose effectiveness in preventing backflow. This causes the blood to pool in the area you don't want. This is when you see balloons of your blood along your penile shaft. If you overexpand the artery, it can cause differential blood pressure effects. Think of a water hose. You may have large expansion in some areas, and smaller in others. The inconsistent blood pressure causes your penis to go limp in areas where you want to be rigid. Some argue that it's your tunica that causes your penis to be rigid. Yes, that is true. But where do you get the blood volume from to make the tunica rigid? Your artery, with the microvalves in the vein, causes natural constriction.

Excellent post my brother
