Ok, Ive been taking this stuff every other day before my workouts. I do a cardio workout on a heavy bag along with some pushups and situps and then I go into the weightroom and lift- usually just isolating 1 muscle group or just working everyone, either or. When I lift I circuit train to burn as many calories as I can to slim down gradually and gain hard, toned muscle that I can use for boxing- which is my goal.
Anywho, before i started with this stuff I was training by drinking a protein shake or eating some eggs and carbs for breakfast with my vitamins and a caffeine/ effedra pill on top- after about an hour the caffeine would kick in really hard and Id go and workout like a madman. I had plenty of energy and never really had a lull in my workouts.
Now though, I have to take this crap on an empty stomach, which really throws off everything. Its harder to get my 5-6 meals a day in and I always forget to take my vitamins because I cant take them before I workout because I dont have anything in my stomach and I dont want an upset stomach.
I do get a boost in energy with the noxplode, but not as strong as with the stacker (caffeine/ effedra) pill and it doesnt last all the way through my workout. Im guessing this has a lot to do with not having any food energy to keep me going.
To say the least, im not all that impressed with this stuff, but I will finish the rest of the jugg, just to finish it and to be able to better assess it after a longer trial.
In the long run though, my assumption is that ill be better off taking arginine pills- as I had been- mixing some creatine into protein shakes before my workouts- and taking the stackers after my first meal. We'll see how it goes though.
