No results with bathmate

You can call me insane, but I like the gator bite. It's a special feeling I'm accustom to when using the Bathmate. I pump without any comfort insert.
I have never tried the mitysleev. But if you got full expansion into the sides of the pump (at the gator), do even the mitysleev work then?
What I have read is that you need to stretch the mitysleev out to fit your penis, otherwise it can break?
