Hi everyone. 36 year old guy who is looking to start getting bigger and better. I'm not small, but I'm really tall, so I've always felt I look small. I've also had some problems with premature ejaculation and poor erection quality (maybe as a result of long-term adult entertainment addiction). I'm hoping to work on all of that.

I thought I'd start with a basic (no equipment) protocol. What does everyone think? Some people seem to track their workouts too - would you recommend that?

Welcome to MOS brother. when you say you are not small, what's your size in terms of length and girth? Premature ejaculation can be worked on through the constant practice of edging. You can start training length with no devices but you will eventually need to buy the length master.

Manual PE works but it's a very slow process. And yes, you can create a progress log in the forum to keep yourself accountable.

You have to be sure of.your size. Take an actual measurement to sure. Use a tailor tape to measure your girth as well.

Having a 7in length and a 5in girth is a perfect starter. My girlfriend, now my wife, would be going at it with me like rabbits 24/7. We were close to it, even at a much lesser dimension.

So, to answer your questions, yes, you can actually perform standard exercises without tools. However, it will take more out of you in terms of physical workout. Your hands will be quite sore after each routine. Depending on where you are now, think of a long-term workout, day in and day out for the next year or so. A little investment is to save yourself the sanity of having to strain your hands and arms.

As for adult entertainment, that's a bit tricky to get through. Going straight cold-turkey and stopping completely will be the first step, and resisting it. It's worse than going cold turkey on nicotine. We are here to encourage you along the way. Let us know what your plan is for non-FAB period, and refocus everything on PE routines to distract yourself.

Then for the premature ejaculation, that can easily be dealt with. Using the 5x5x3 baseline routine for girth exercises, you can build tolerance to sensitivity. Just a warning though, as your penis grows, there's brief period of sensitivity as the nerve branches lengthen. The main focus of your sensitivity is the glans. As the glans grows through expansion exercises, the sensitivity to the glans also reduces. The highest sensitivity is actually the tip of the glans near the urethra and the coronal ridge, where the highest nerve endings are at. The slow squash jelqs helps to numb or reduces the sensitivity for the glans over time. The next step is to practice on easing up during the feeling of ejaculation. Know where your upper limit of letting loose, then slow down and ease out just a bit. It takes both mental and physiological control to master it. We can assist you on this matter.

Extreme caution and knowing safety measures for every step are essential for success. One misstep or oblivious ignorance in your observation can cost you dearly.

In addition to prior to the answers to your question, I missed a subject, which is poor erection quality. Most of the time, we can quickly pick up an erection quality as a mental issue, or even an emotion, as we see adult entertainment listed in the conversation. However, if there are medical issues, such as medication due to psychological or physiological trauma, leaning towards medical attention because of fluctuating hormones, that will be a different type of game as well.

In general, erection quality requires a mental refresh first to reinvigorate the natural stimulation effects, followed by standard blood flow exercises.
