Hey everyone! I’m new to the game and at first just started with the bath mate. After purchasing it, I some how found my self to this site and I’m glad I did! The information here is priceless! I measured myself to check for progress before starting and have not checked since. But starting I’m at EL- 6in EG- 5in. The goal here is 1.5 in length and 1 in for girth.
I would like to focus on girth first so I’m starting with the 5x5x3 program.
I received the bath mate hydromax 7 first week of April. I’ve been doing 15min sessions with water and slowly built up pressure over time. From reading on here 10 inches of mercury seems to be the safe limit for pumping. But since I have not done the mod to my bath mate I just go by feel. I’m not in any pain, I just feel good amount of pressure (I like this part lol). It’s now mid May and I’m now reaching the top part of the cylinder where it looks cloudy. Just the tip of me, but my head fills the tube (in width) it’s starting to get uncomfortable. The mightyvac will soon be my next purchase. Question here is should I just stay in this hydromax 7 until my girth fills the tube? Next question is, does anyone do kegels while pumping? Is that safe? If so, is reverse or standard kegels better?
Other few questions I’ve had since I’ve only done 2 days with the 5x5x3 program.
Are any of you dry pumping when doing this? I know water pumping is better but when combining the SSJ for 5 min then pumping again, dry pumping seems much easier and cleaner. 1st day of the program I found my self in the shower for almost an hour, seems a little wasteful. Am I loosing gains with dry pumping?
