Hello everyone
I am a French, student I feel depressed because of my penis size, I am 22 years old I have never had sex with a girl because I am afraid
my statistics
current is:

NBPEL: 12.5 cm
EG: 11.5 cm

and the worst is my flaccid size

legnth: 7cm
girth: 9 cm

I sometimes practice the newbie routine but I quickly end up giving up because I have never seen results that will give me the courage to continue
and me my brothers I am not comfortable with my size.

and I have the impression that people who have this size in flaccid will have no gains, that's up to you to tell me.

I have worked with men who have micropenis and I have helped them make growth. Your flaccid size makes no difference in PE. As your erect size gets larger your flaccid size will grow relatively. What is most important for you is to be consistent and to train every day until it becomes a habit. The newbie routine is a very good place for you as everything in that routine you can do. Start a progress thread so we can watch what you’re doing and help you out along the way.

Can everyone without exception win by practicing PE?

In other forums they say they don't work for some and I don't know why

PE works for every man that is willing to put in the time and effort. No one has ever failed here who has put in the effort and when needed asked for advice. I have had men who could not gain but once I took them under my wing theyblasted off.

And please start a progress thread so I can follow your progress each day to help you along the way
 
Welcome make sure to get best measurement you are using BPEL and not NBPEL as this will help you manage and see gains more accurately. Your in the right place brother

when I stretch with my hands I tire too much and I don't have the strength
and for that I want to save money to buy an LM that I hope it will help me with my stretching
and I want to know it's free shipping or else I can get a discount.

in fact the shipping is 37 USD so as if I am a student with no income I will try to find a job so that I can buy an LM this is the best way to stretch

Where do you live? Shipping is free anywhere in the United States. If you do not have a job right now you can use your hands until you’re able to get the LM. Don’t stress yourself out about money. If you find yourself in a bad position I can probably give you a discount when you’re ready

You can order whenever you want and I’ll still give you the discount. In the meantime you should be using the newbie routine to do all of your stretching. Every stretch needed is listed in that routine. And then when you pick up an LM your swap all of those manual stretches out with LM stretches
